Real Estate Agent 2005 - Present Working with Cellular network service companies doing site analysis and acquisi tion, contract work and consulting for tower companies and Broadband Carriers as well as working in the Commercial real Estate business catering to investors wi th raw land, commercial property and vacation/Lake homes in North Georgia. Leasing and Development Manager, Mid sized tower company. 2000 to 2005 Was responsible for all leasing and development functions for Mesa Communication s Group, a mid-sized tower company. Territory consists of but was not limited to Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Florida, Tennessee, and The Carolinas . It was my responsibility to cultivate and service all broadband carriers for exi sting tower leasing as well as BTS opportunities in the area and assessing purch asing opportunities for existing towers. I am familiar with all aspects of the leasing process from prospecting to lease negotiations, to execution and construction supervision/management. Operational Issues in my area were also handled by me. President, Site Rental Services, Inc. 1995-2000 I started this company in 1995 to manage and broker communication sites. We mana ged eight sites. We also brokered frequencies and systems and have marketed to S outhernlinc and Nextel .This business was a spin off of the previous business. President, Marietta Communication Service, Inc. 1985-1998 I was brought in to this business to manage the "Business" side of the business. after a very short time I was promoted to Executive Vice President and took over all responsibility for operations and profitability. In 1988 I proposed a buyou t and the then owner accepted. We acquired two other businesses along the way an d in the fall of 1998 I accepted an offer from Bearcom LLC to purchase the busin ess. This position had me responsible for sales, service, repeaters, towers, an d up to 24 employees.

Regional Salesman, GE Radio Systems 1983-1985 I decided to make a change in the course of my employment and sought out a techn ology based business and found GE at the time to be very attractive. I was respo nsible for a territory in Atlanta, Ga. for sales and support of two way radio. Sales, Statham Machinery, Daigh Equipment, and Atlas Copco. 1973-1982 In all three of these positions I was responsible for and called on heavy contra cting companies and mining operations in the state of Georgia. Responsibility in cluded sales, delivery, billing, collection, and stock levels. Travel was two to three days a week typically by automobile. I Graduated from D.M. Therrell High School in Atlanta, Ga. with a college prepar atory diploma.
