Organizational Development Manager and Consultant / Human Resource Manager (2000 -2003) Streamlined company's human resources policies and processes across all business functions, including recruiting, compensation, expatriates / repatriates, budge ting, performance management, learning, and HRIS. Significant Accomplishments: * Transformed compensation plan from a uniform pay and bonus system to a customi zed, pay-for-performance structure that improved employee accountability, effici ency and productivity while reducing turnover to less than 10%. Developed an onl ine performance management tool to assist in this process. Program's success led to companywide implementation. * Played a significant role in downsizing the organization without incurring any layoffs by implementing a voluntary resignation of 99 employees.
