Work History Harbor Group Management, Norfolk, VA October 2010 - Present Position: Building Engineer * Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and up-keep of 4 High Rise buildings. * Maintain all equipment to include: Centrifugal, Screw, and Scroll Chillers, Roof Top Units, Cooling Towers, natural gas Boilers, Air handlers, Pneumatic VAV boxes, Diesel generators, and Fire pumps. * Install, repair, and troubleshoot all electrical equipment which includes motors, contactors, limit switches, breakers and fuses thru the use of electrical testing devices such as volt/ohm meters and circuit locators. * Perform plumbing, drywall and ceiling repairs in all buildings as needed. * Independently perform work order assigned tasks efficiently and effectively while following all safety procedures. * Monitor all equipment, space temperatures, and plant status thru Trane Tracer Summit and Apogee computer based remote monitoring systems. * Perform condenser water testing on all chillers. * Adhere to all site environmental & OSHA regulations. CB Richard Ellis, Newport News, VA February 2010 - February 2011 Position: Operating Engineer * Responsible for preventive maintenance of all HVAC equipment throughout plant use and office areas. * Maintenance and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems * Install repair and troubleshoot appliance and large refrigeration systems that provide for a variety of environmental and equipment operation functions. * Perform all work in accordance to departmental and physical plant standards. * Independently perform assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.

G & K Services, Portsmouth, VA April 2009 - January 2010 Position: Maintenance Technician * Responsible for maintaining all mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electric, plumbing, and steam systems. * Perform Preventive maintenance on industrial washers and dryers, conveyer systems, steam tunnel, overhead rail system, and electromechanical equipment. * Perform AC/DC stick welding and oxyacetylene cutting for fabrication and repair of equipment necessary to perform daily job functions * Supervise the monitoring and operation of all HVAC and Steam support equipment that provides services to the laundry facility. * Ability to work on and trouble shoot electrical up to 480v one or three phase including relays, switches, breakers and fuses. Micron Technologies, Manassas, VA March 2008 - October 2008 Position: Facilities Operations Technician * Responsible for operating and maintaining all equipment necessary to support a clean room environment. Qimonda, Sandston, VA January 2000 - June 2007 Position: HVAC Group Leader * Supervise the monitoring and operation of all HVAC and support equipment that provides services to the 200 mm and/or 300 mm clean room fabrication plants. * Required to maintain ISO critical parameters to include environmental and process critical specifications in accordance with their associated procedures set by manufacturing and EPA requirements. * Responsible for ensuring all equipment is operated in a safe manner and supervise the monitoring of process critical data to eliminate unplanned outages. * Equipment to include 1200hp Boilers, 1200-2000 ton Chillers, Cooling towers, PCW, VAV, AHU, Liebert Units, compressors, pumps, FCU, VFD, FAS, UPS, Fans, abatement scrubbers and toxic gas monitoring systems. All systems operated from the FMCS, PCS 7, ACM and Archestra system. Four separate computer based controls systems. * Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repair activities on all HVAC equipment to maximize up time. * Perform operation and maintenance on wastewater systems, compressed air systems, steam systems, and HVAC systems. * Plumbing skills including pipe brazing, pipe sweating, and pipe threading. United States Navy, Portsmouth, VA April 1995 - April 1999 Position: Engineman 3rd Class Petty Officer * Operated and maintained all auxiliary, pneumatic, & hydraulic equipment while station on board the USS Nicholas. * I performed maintenance on 4 ship service diesel generators, 2 low pressure and 2 high pressure air compressors in port and at sea. * Preformed major overhaul of the four Detroit Diesel engines on board to include service of the exhaust system, turbo replacement, starter rebuild, bore-scoping of the cylinders, and general tune-up of each diesel. * Maintained the hydraulic steering on board the ship. * Qualified auxiliary systems monitor which entailed taking readings on all running equipment and performing adjustments as necessary. * While on board USS Nicholas I became the go to person for major equipment repairs on the evaporating distillate plants and the diesel generators while underway which earned me a letter of accommodation for my hard work and attention to detail Education and Courses:
