* Immediate previous odd term courses would mean: For a 2006 batch (who took admission in 2006) student it would mean courses of term 11 For a 2007 batch student it would mean courses of term 9 For a 2008 batch student it would mean courses of term 7 For a 2009 batch student it would mean courses of term 5 For a 2010 batch student it would mean courses of term 3 For a 2011 batch student it would mean courses of term 1 ** i) Where Capstone evaluation is not planned:- Classes after MTE will resume from 13th March, 2012 ii) Where Capstone evaluation is planned:- Classes after MTE will resume the day after completion of Capstone Evaluation.

*** Immediate previous even term courses would mean: For a 2006 batch (who took admission in 2006) student it would mean courses of term 12 For a 2007 batch student it would mean courses of term 10 For a 2008 batch student it would mean courses of term 8 For a 2009 batch student it would mean courses of term 6 For a 2010 batch student it would mean courses of term 4 For a 2011 batch student it would mean courses of term 2

Some important points 1. The dates mentioned in the calendar, especially with regard to mid term and end term examinations, are tentative and a variation may occur. Students are advised to plan for travel keeping into consideration of an extension of atleast 3 days. 2. Due to any unforeseen reason, if the University remains closed, then the University may declare any Sunday as working. 3. If a student is not present on the date of scrutiny he/she will lose the opportunity to look at his/her answer books, however such students can apply for revaluation. 4. There will be no scrutiny of reappear examination answer books; however such students can apply for revaluation. 5. Any examination may be held on Sunday. 6. To make up for loss of teaching on account of holidays the following time table will be followed on the specified dates:

For faculty: Spring Term 2011-12: 1. February 12 (Sunday) will be a working day for all faculty and staff on account of the Sports Event. In lieu of this Feb 6, 2012 will be given as a holiday for all faculty & staff.
