Yes, sometimes, He allows it to happen to teach us lessons, to make us grow, or to change us. But He doesnt want you to suffer for suffering sake. In Matthew 20:34, before Jesus healed the blind man, the Bible says, he was moved with pity. In Luke 7:13, before Jesus raised the son of the widow from the dead, Jesus was moved with pity as well. Some religious people actually think that God is pleased if youre sick, that He is happy if you suffer Huh? If youre a parent, would you want your child to be sick? Unless you live in the Mental Hosptial or taking hallucinatory drugs, I dont think so. Many times, we get sick because we abuse our body. We eat the toxic food. We eat toxic emotions. Its not Gods fault. Dont blame God for our diseases. But there are times when we get sick because of no fault of our own. I have friends who were born with a disease already. Sorry, but I cant explain it. I dont know why this happens. And Ill probably not know the answer this side of Heaven. But I still believe that God doesnt want you to be sick. And its His desire that you be well. Friend, do all you can to be healthy. Eat fruits and veggies. Remove unnecessary stress. Exercise your body. And at the end of the day, pray for healing. Thats what were going to be doing today. Im expecting some powerful miracles to happen today! Let His love and compassion heal you

We surrender and submit to GOD our thoughts, our words and our works --- Weve got to see the world through the eyes of Jesus How can we effect change in this world? It wont happen by the multiplication of Priests, Pastors, Preachers, Religious Leaders or Evangelists. It will only happen by a proliferation of ordinary people (like you!) who become Jesus to somebody. Preachers and priests and evangelists cant be in your kitchen table, talking with your family, listening to their dreams, affirming their worth, encouraging them to risk, accepting their wounds, correcting them in love, awakening their values Yes, they can be Jesus to your family for a while. They cant be there always... But YOU can. Only YOU can be Jesus to them everyday. Preachers cant be in your office, supermarket, classroom, mall, farm, factory, ship, fastfood, homes, communities, etc. YOU can be Jesus to those people everyday. This is Gods ultimate masterplan. This is how the Kingdom will be built: You becoming Jesus Yes you! How? By your thoughts. your words, your work. By your presence. By your service.
