MICRO MODEL CONTROL PANEL

A 16 character dot matrix backlit display provides user friendly, plain language prompts and clear indication of operating conditions and alarms. English, Spanish and French versions are available.

A six membrane touch pad simplifies stroke frequecy and function selection. Stroke rate is adjustable from 1 to 100%. In addition to simple manual operation, stroke counting and times interval operation are standard with the Micro.

Maintain precise feedrate settings with a large, easy to grip, locking stroke length adjuster. A special two piece shaft keeps the dial snug to the graduations throughout the entire scale. Feedrate is infinitely adjustable from 0 to 100%.

A power on/stroke LED illuminates when the pump is switched on and strobes with each stroke.

Simply push the external circuit breaker reset button on the Mega and Micro control panel to resume pumping after circuit overload conditions are corrected.

A stop LED illuminates when an external switch closure stops the pump. External control modes are standard on the Micro, optional on the Mono, Econo and Mega. With the Micro, choose from pulse input, 4-20 mA or 20-4 mA input, Two relay outputs are available on the Micro for enhanced process control. The signal relay is standard, rated at 24 VDC, 10 mA. A power relay is optional, rated at 250 VAC, 0.5 A. Contact closures occur for the alarm or condition chosen via the 6 station membrane touch pad. Selections include stop, loss of mA input signal, full count, memory register overflow and circuit failure. Stop input control is standard on Micro, optional on the Mega. In this mode, a non voltage contact closure such as feedback from a low liquid level gauge, stops the pump in either manual or external control and illuminates the red indicator LED. The pump resumes normal operation when the control opens. ratio control and a memory register to store pulses exceeding 125 contacts per minute. Pulse input is available on the Mono, Econo and Mega. 4-20 input is also available on the Mega.

This neat, compact device provides: Pressure relief - Relieves excess pressure that may build in the discharge line, protecting tubing and connections. Back Pressure - Creates a discharge restriction for repeatable output. Allows metering into atmosphere. Anti-Syphon - Prevents syphoning through the pump when the point of injection is below the pump, or into the suction line of another pump. Pumphead Air Bleed - Used as a priming aid to manually remove air from the pumphead Discharge Drain - Depressurizes and drains the discharge line without loosening tubing and connections, or exposing the operator to chemical solutions.
