PET ECOLOGY BRANDS, INC, DALLAS, TX Successfully developed and executed national and international marketing program including print, internet, and television advertising, trade shows, pricing and promotion, packaging and public relations. Managed a marketing budget of $1 Million. SCIS FOOD SERVICES, INC, FORT WORTH, TX Executed new corporate identity for SCIS: Combined multiple newly acquired brands of fresh prepared food products (wet salads, desserts, baked goods, pasta products, potato products) into the SCIS brand umbrella; created and managed production of new $100,000 corporate show booth for same, executed introduction of new brand into multiple trade channels. Participated as a key account team member for Sams Club, Gordon Foodservice and HEB and managed their packaging, product development and collateral needs. Developed and implemented new consumer pre-pack salad program, working with manufacturing, vendors, and regulatory agencies to insure a successful introduction to market. PILGRIMS PRIDE CORPORATION, DALLAS, TX Successfully launched Eggs Plus, an innovative enriched fresh egg product; developed and executed marketing and sales programs including radio, television and print advertising; package design and production, pricing, consumer and trade promotion; multiple trade shows and events including the AMA Conference in Dallas; market research, and public relations. Traveled to Austria to manage packaging and label production for EggsPlus. Developed and executed first targeted multi-level direct promotional program to National Foodservice Accounts.
