This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and of the subject matter. A Temporary Injunction for Protection Against Repeat, Dating, or Sexual Violence, pending the hearing scheduled below, is NOT being entered at this time but an injunction may be entered after the hearing, depending on the findings made by the Court at that time. FINDINGS Petitioner, on behalf of humanity, asks the Judge to order a Temporary and Permanent (based on relevant followup data) Injunction against Satan and all his minions for Protection Against Repeat Violence. Petitioner may amend or supplement the Petition at any time to state further reasons why a Temporary Injunction should be ordered which would be in effect until the hearing scheduled below. Please forgive the level of informality in this part of my presentation. Please do not automatically dismiss this case as 'superfluous'. I have a tremendous amount of data to back up my case. I will concisely review the Satanic attacks, over my life, that have been launched on me. Please understand at Michigan State I was a religious studies major, psychology major, statistics and probability major, and pursued graduate study in systems science. So it should be clear 'I'm not an idiot'. Of course, there is the basic question of 'my sanity', but I'm willing to undergo any reasonable set of examinations to determine it. That offered, allow me to continue. My eldest brother, unnamed to protect his identity, has been under Satanic influence as has my middle brother. Why? Perhaps Satan guessed I would attempt something like this under provocation. What gave me the idea of a legal case against Satan is the simple fact he dominates most spheres of human activity. My physics and political research has uncovered heavy evidence to this fact. And most recently, Satan has attacked my character in the form of another PETITON FOR INJUNCTION and ORDER SETTING HEARING regarding a superfluous 'repeat violence' case involving me. The details of that case I'm presenting to Judge Kaplan this coming Wednesday. Back to Satanic attacks. Initially, these started as night terrors. Today, I would label those as psychic attacks. It appears to be malevolent spirits attempting to generate terror in an individual perhaps to feed on the emotion? That's my educated guess presently. Of course, I realize you cannot order malevolent spirits to stop attacking me, but the publicity and acceptance of the case will show Satan and his minions 'we don't play games' with him. And we refuse to give him any further foothold on Earth. I cannot guess your level of spirituality nor chosen religion. At this point, it's almost immaterial. I have interacted successfully with atheists over my entire life. I'm not dismissing your level of spirituality or chosen religion; I'm simply acknowledging we all have different belief systems which equate with what I call 'moral frameworks'.

Our individual moral framework dictates our: perceptions, experiences, and life. It determines how we interact with other human beings. Whatever we believe, whether we realize it or not, directly determines what we see, do, and how we react on this planet. That understood, if your particular moral framework does not recognize Satan, THAT IS A VERY VERY DANGEROUS POSITON ON THIS PLANET. If you do not recognize Satan, you are open to his manipulations. In the very least, you are prey to all his social manipulations. What is my evidence? My personal related experiences: night terrors as a child, both siblings attempting to force me to be gay via sexual abuse and neglect, adult condemnation of my mature mind on a continuing basis (yes, I had this mature mind since I was seven), general exclusion of peers 'because Sam's different', repeated sexual advances on me by gay individuals, and repeated situations where my integrity was questioned. Most recently, my mother's health has been waning.. I take this as Satanic psychic attacks on her. She's having (of unknown cause) fainting spells and general low morale. I've tried to support her as best I can. I cautioned her that this 'war for meaning' with Satan has its prices. She does not lose faith in the Holy Spirit. In the end, I've determined there are only three things that can defeat Satan: humor (such as South Park), awareness, and of course true love. There's nothing more powerful than this combination of things. Awareness and true love correspond to allowing the Holy Spirit to guide and empower you. This is as simple as I can state it. What you call the Holy Spirit is almost immaterial (unless you call It Satan;). My preferred label is Prime Goddess because in my physics researches, they indicate a female persona engineered the cosmos specifically for life (and us). Whether we want to recognize it or not, we are 'insanely' spiritual creatures. The only qualification is: we must look within and toward others, in true love, for inspiration. My eldest brother has insisted: I'm sick, I need to be hospitalized for mental illness, and that I'm a sexual predator. He allowed our middle brother to sexually prey on me. He refused to allow me to interact with his women friends when we were very young. What does this tell you? He wanted me to be gay just like him. (Both of my brothers are gay.) So.. Was it my oldest brother or Satan? I tried to reassure mom it was the latter.. We cannot blame my adopted brothers for feeling like they 'really don't belong to the family' or their natural resentment for me: mom and dad's only natural child. Of course, they both made choices favoring Satanic manipulations: oldest brother allowing sexual abuse of me by middle brother, middle brother giving in to his sexual urges but specifically using me, and the countless gay individuals making passes at me. I'm not gay. I'm not interested. Satan knows this; he continually uses that to attack me. In the end, I don't harbor any resentment (if you can believe it) toward the gay community. There are only two things I ask: don't make passes at me and don't come near my son. That's all I ask about that. But about Satan, through my eldest brother, he has sent me the most vile emails I have ever received in

my life. This was 'provoked' by the sweetest most genuine letters I have ever written in my life. The letters are too long to include here but.. To recap, I had written my eldest brother the two most sweetest and genuine and loving letters I have ever written in my life. His response: only the word Satanic comes close. I have warned him (Satan) to stop writing me or I will interpret it as e-stalking. Part of the motivation of this petition is this recent activity. Also, mom's health concerns me. Again, I understand that any Judge in Broward County cannot reasonably limit Satanic activity or influence. But.. We can raise awareness about Satanic manipulations via this case and other similar cases. I encourage readers of this document to submit their own similar petition and order against Satan and his minions. Of course, each of you dear reader has been tortured by Satan in your own unique way. Please write about your unique life-experiences in your own petition and order. Remember, we can only fight him effectively with: humor, awareness, and true love. One final 'bit' of evidence.. My ex is a confirmed atheist. She also does not believe in the Devil. When we first knew each other, she repeatedly beat my head in tantrums and broke my left eardrum three times. I prayed and prayed and learned not to provoke her. Her violence lessened but got replaced by verbal and emotional abuse. My 'only' benefits were: learning what true love is, what a good/bad wife is, what a good husband is, what patience is, and my deep connection with God. In the end, I have the Devil to 'thank' but.. I feel we no longer need his 'tutelage' or 'guidance'; we're Aware of his manipulations and we don't need them anymore. Enough is enough.
