POSITION TITLE: GENERAL MANAGER, RAIL OPERATIONS SALARY RANGE: $95,000 - $104,000 POSTING DATE: FEBRUARY 23, 2012 EXPIRATION DATE: MARCH 8, 2012 * Location: Chicago, IL Job Type: Full-Time Permanent Position Summary: Plans, manages and coordinates, through subordinate supervisory personnel, the delivery of rail transportation for assigned routes and the activities of the sections within the Rail Route Operations Department which include Transportation and Administration. Administers Rail Route Operations programs and objectives to ensure that a high quality of rail transportation and customer service is rendered to the community.
