The Soul Pentacle is a creation by Timothy Robert Keal, produced in 1996 through means of relentless meditation as to the conceptualization of the soul. It was created with the intent to serve as a diagnostic tool in the form of dual checks and balances flow charts operating as a diagramatical checklist. It is only magickal as is the soul. Quintessence by definition, is the smallest element that forms all other quantities. The soul is formed of five. In the diagrams, the arrows indicate the governing flow for each of five Quintessence over two of their neighbors. The Pentacle itself, for the most part, is identical to the Wiccan Earth/Water/Wind/Fire/Spirit pentacle layout. However, the difference is that Conscience, Passion, Anger, Fear, and Joy are mapped to the points instead. The mapping of the points is either clockwise from lower left for The Left Hand, Lesser Vehicle, Selfish Path, or counter-clockwise from lower right for The Right Hand, Greater Vehicle, Humble Path. I believe karma to be a feature unique to the human soul. The Pentacle serves as an alternative to Tarot reading as a method of casting change upon one's path through life. This is done in an indirect manner by changing the soul rather than changing the path of the soul. I Believe that the path cannot change without the soul itself changing, as karma is predetermined by the soul itself. Karma is not contained within the soul, but is the resulting feedback created as a result of the soul.
