To study recruitment given to employees whether internal or external.To study how selection is being is done in maruti Udyog limited. To enhance my knowledge about training and development. To study how placement and induction take place in maruti Udyog limited. To study whether the employees are being satisfied with the plans, policies and procedures in maruti udyog limited. To study how orientation takes place in maruti udyog limited. To study which types of interview are conducted in maruti udyog limited. But through our research we had concluded that the company is giving only 1-5 months training to the employers before selecting them for the job. But we think that the should give atleast 6 months training to the employees so that they easily coop up with their jobs.

project examined the relationship between human resource management (HRM), management accounting and organisational performance in six case study companies (two in Canada, two in Japan and two in the UK) and in 100 telephone interviews (40 in Japan, 30 in Canada and 30 in the UK). To design hr manual policy for the company with special emphasis on the Managerial Services Conditions. They provide conclusions company provide facilities for all round growth of individuals by the training in side & outside the organization by reorientation, lateral mobility and self development through self motivation. The training should be mandatory for all levels of employees.

This paper was commissioned by the Good and Bad Practices in Microinsurance project. Managed by the ILOs Social Finance Programme for the CGAP Working Group on Microinsurance, this project is jointly funded by SIDA, DfID, GTZ and the ILO. The major outputs of this project are: 1. A series of case studies to identify good and bad practices in microinsurance 2. A synthesis document of good and bad practices in microinsurance for practitioners based on an analysis of the case studies. The major lessons from the case studies will also be published in a series of two-page briefing notes for easy access by practitioners. 3. Donor guidelines for fundingmicroinsurance. The CGAP Working Group on Microinsurance The CGAP Microinsurance Working Group includes donors, insurers and other interested parties. The Working Group coordinates donor activities as they pertain to the development and proliferation of insurance services to low-income households in developing countries.
