Would there be any change in change in Salary cycle? th th No, the salary cycle would continue to be from 16 to 15 day of the previous month and you salary would be credited on the last working day of the month. Do I need to return my Assets i.e., Data Card / SIM Card and Laptop etc.? Yes and No. In most cases, Assets have been provided by HaveUs Solutions only accordingly, no physical transfer would be required. However, if needed, you may need to fill-up some forms declaring the asset(s) transfer. Will there be any change in my PF / ESIC Account? Yes. Since your employment with HaveUs Solutions will be a new contract, you need to fill up the PF transfer form and your PF amount be transferred to your new PF Account. Will there be any change in my salary? No. Please note that this transition has been initiated keeping long-term benefits for employees where employees are getting more tax friendly salary structure, better service and ease. Anything promised to you by your supervisor will be addressed during your next appraisal cycle. What is the appraisal cycle? Appraisals are done as per management decision. The promotions in the organization are usually governed by the following factors: How well an employee performed in his / her present job? How much potential an employee has for future responsibilities? How much additional knowledge he / she have acquired for further advancement? Personal attribute, work habits, attitude towards self and others, ability to get along with the team, leadership qualities, personal contribution to the success of the company determines his / her competence for promotion. Feedback given by all those who work with the employee such as his / her superiors, subordinates, peers and the customers What would happen to my deducted tax? You would be required to resubmit the tax details. However, well ensure that while deducting tax for your ensuing months, the prior deducted tax is account for to avoid any over deduction of tax. Please note that you would receive two different Form 16 one from Kelly Services (from 1st April, 2011 or joining date (whichever is later) till last day) and second one from HaveUs Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Date of joining to last working day / 31st Mar2012 (whichever is earlier). Do I need to open a new Bank Account? You have option to continue with your existing (any bank) account or open a new Salary account with IDBI (highly recommended) which is our principal banker. Please note that Salary Account and Savings Account are different. Salary account is normally the bank of your employer which helps you maintain a Zero Balance Savings account. However, in your savings account, you may need to maintain a minimum balance which usually is Rs. 5000/- or Rs. 10,000/- as per the respective bank policy. We too have a tie-up with IDBI bank, being our principal bank that offers you Zero value Salary Account. Aside, if you have an account with IDBI, your salary transfer is almost instant whereas with any other bank account, it follows the NEFT process as per RBI guidelines.

What will happen to my leaves that have been accumulated over a period of time with Kelly? Your employment with HaveUs Solutions will be a new contract and accordingly, your respective previous leaves will not be carried forward. What is My Leave? My Leave is a powerful, easy-to-use web-based application module for booking, recording and monitoring all types of leave and absence. Developed by HaveUs Solutions, it allows employees of Huawei to plan, request and obtain approval for any type of leave using a fast, automated online system. It also enables managers to authorize or decline leave requests at the click of a button, and keep accurate, up-to-date records of all types of leave and absence, including holidays and Optional Holidays (restricted up to 4 Days). What are the benefits of using My Leave? My Leave saves you time and money by substantially reducing the amount of time employees, managers and HR departments need spend on holiday and absence administration, and eliminating the costly administrative errors that are typically associated with manual or spreadsheet-based Leave booking systems. By eliminating time-consuming holiday paperwork, My Leave frees up employees and managers to focus on more productive tasks. It also allows managers to see at a glance who is going to be in or out of the office on any working day, so they can make informed decisions before granting or rejecting leave requests. And it contains powerful tools for tackling the costly problem of staff absenteeism. Why do we need an automated holiday-booking system? Companies who use a paper-based system for booking and approving annual leave typically experience a similar set of problems and issues. Holiday paperwork tends to get routinely lost or is incorrectly filed, meaning that staff holidays arent properly recorded and differences of opinion arise over holiday booked and holiday owing between staff and managers. It could not be quicker or easier to book any type of leave using My Leave: from annual leave to training days to days taken in lieu. To request leave, you just go to the Leave Request in My Leave, select the type of leave you wish to take from a drop down menu and choose a start and end date for your leave using a pop up calendar. My Lave then takes care of the rest: automatically populating a request form with details of when you wish to begin and end your leave and the number of days you wish to take off. All you need to do is to hit Submit and your leave request is sent to your line manager, who can approve or reject it

You are automatically notified of your line managers decision and, if your leave has been approved, details of your leave is automatically added to your companys leave calendar, enabling everyone in your organization to see when you are going to be away. What types of leave can I book? You can book any type of leave using My Leave, as long it is offered by your organization. This could include Annual leave, Maternity Leave, Optional Holiday. A drop down menu on My Leaves Request for Leave page shows you the different types of leave offered by your organization. Can I book half a days leave? Yes. My Leaves automated leave request form includes a Half Day option What if my line manager is away? If your line manager is away, or is otherwise unavailable, you can quickly and easily arrange for your leave requests to be routed to Circle HR who has the authority to approve holidays and time off. What if I need to withdraw Leave Request? If, for any reason, you need to cancel a period of authorized leave, it takes no more than a few clicks of the mouse. You simply Click the Leave Withdraw Page within My Leave to display a list of your current leave requests for the year, find the period of leave you wish to cancel and click on Cancel. One more click confirms that you wish to cancel the leave, and your line manager is then notified of the cancellation and the leave is removed from your companys leave calendar. What if I need to cancel leave already authorized? If, for any reason, you need to contact your Circle HR. The Circle HR has the power to cancel any authorized leave which needs to be cancelled. Does My Leave keep track of annual leave entitlements? Yes. Using My Leave, every employee in your organization can see exactly how many days leave they have taken in the current calendar year and how many days they are still entitled to take, for any type of leave. Managers can also view accurate, up-to-date summaries that show at-a-glance how many days holiday each member of their department or team has taken, how many days they have remaining. Will I be able to see all my leave requests for the year? Yes. My Leave includes a Leave Status feature that displays a list of all your leave requests for the current year. You will be able to see the start and end date of each leave request, as well as the number of days you have asked to take off for each period of leave and the type of leave requested. For each leave request, you will also be able to see whether the leave has been approved / rejected / Withdrawn / Cancelled, or is still pending authorization from your line manager.

Can I withdraw my PF deducted by Kelly or it will be transferred automatically? You have option of either withdrawing the PF by filling form 19 & 10C or getting the same transferred by filing form 13. Both these forms would be available in your Induction and joining kit. You also have the option to download the same by visiting HaveUs Solutions Pvt. Ltds HRIS site using your own login Id and password. Is it recommended to withdraw PF? PF is a long term investment, and it is meant to give you a sizable lump-sum amount at the time of your retirement. It is not prudent to use your retirement savings for anything other than retirement. It is recommended to get the PF transferred as the rate of interest that you earn on your PF investment is fixed by the Central Government every year in March / April. The rate of interest changes every year, but due to the nature of politics in India, it is usually higher than the prevailing market rates. The current rate of interest on PF (for FY 2010-11) is 9.5% (now you know why we say it is usually higher than the prevailing market rates!) Aside, you also get Tax rebate under Section 80C of the Income Tax (IT) Act. How much time it takes in PF transfer / Withdrawal? For withdrawing PF you will have to fill up form 19 & 10-c which will be deposited in PF office by your earlier employer 60 days after your leaving that organization & then the said amount would be deposited in your bank account given by you while filling up the PF form by the PF Department.
