What time do you start work in the morning? What time do you finish? Work 6 hours per day but the work is not a period of time and just it but its related to what he gain in this 6 hours what he do, what he accomplish in this period of time also in the break he usually search about new markets , product and technology to improve his organization.

Motivation Tell me about how and why you went into business. His uncle work as a business man, he wants to be in a high place more than his uncle but he leave the his ability to choose what he like and wants to be. He translate his certificate and travel by luck to Germany as a normal trip, then he entered to the university there to continue and prepare masters, also he help some of the Egyptian youth who begin their life there.all this thing motivate him to have a good career. He is not depend on what his family works but depend on what he wants to be. Also things that motivates him not the money or the high career, but to get the comfort job that satisfy in perhaps salaries is low. He motivate to improve , help other, be useful and to gain skills and experiences.

What motivates you now? The person after graduated have the willingness to work all the day to acheivment but after he got what he wants his willingness start to decrease. Also there are things that disappointed him such as bad rules of the place or the country he lived in that harm him. When this bad circumstances increase your willingness decrease.

Life is full of proplems which happen daily, also the circumstances around us are related to the amount of problems such as the wether, the rules of the country. he solved problem by his knowledge and experiences. To be keen for the improvement of your company, to be aware from any new things, to know how to get the effeciant and the effective way for achivment. Government progress facilities to make the manegment of the company eaisy. The business in growth period, because the willingness to be number one over the whole market is not eaisy, its depend on the improvement and searches about the efficient way to prevent your name on the top.
