7Any class with a next to it is Family Friendly; meaning ages 7-12 are welcome under direct adult supervision and must be actively class participating in the class. Children not supervised, disruptive, or not actively participating may be asked to leave the class at the instructors discretion. Individual instructors may use different music, music speeds, exercise intensity, teaching styles, and choreography in the classes. Please take this into consideration when selecting classes. with Need help? Please look for our Member Mentors wearing purple wrist bands if you need help with equipment or questions. the Cycle tickets for evening classes are available at Member Services at 5pm. Please hang your ticket on your bike handles and the correspond instructor will collect your ticket at the beginning of class. Numbers on the tickets do not correspond to the bikes.
