February 20, 2012 Oluwadamilola Deborah Obidiran 39 Ijaiye Street Off Branco Street Mafoluki Oshodi Lagos, NIGERIA Dear Oluwadamilola: On behalf of the faculty and staff at the Pennsylvania School for Global Entrepreneurship at Lehigh University, I congratulate you on being selected as a member of the class of 2012. You are cordially invited to join our program from July 7 to August 4, 2012. If you accept our offer to participate in the 2012 program, your commitment to the program will be the USD $3400 program fee, the transportation from and to Nigeria, and any pocket money you may want to spend. The program fee covers all courses, food and housing during the 4-week program. Proof of health insurance coverage is necessary to attend the PSGE program. Lehigh University offers a health insurance policy for international students that will cover them for the entire program at a cost of $127 if your current insurance does not cover you in the US. All international students must fly into (July 7) and out (August 4) of Newark Airport (EWR) or Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE) or they will not be transported by staff from Lehigh University. Lehigh University staff will pick you up and deliver you to the airport by van if you fly into EWR or ABE. Please do not arrange a flight into any other airport. If you wish to accept this offer to participate in the Pennsylvania School for Global Entrepreneurship 2012, please confirm with us by March 5, 2012 by signing and returning the attached Participation Acceptance Form after you have read the Student Handbook (attached). You can sign, scan and email the form to my assistant, Helen Bobeck, at hjb0@lehigh.edu or fax (610-758-6550). This signed Participation Acceptance Form is necessary so that we can begin to process the I-20 paperwork. Please also scan and email your Passport to hjb0@lehigh.edu or fax (610-758-6550).. In about one month, we will be sending you the I-20 form and you will need to take that form to your embassy or consulate to apply for your (F1) student Visa. Make the appointment with the embassy as soon as you receive your I-20 form.
