The request to take judicial notice of compliance with Administrative Order 2008-1 is DENIED. The request to take judicial notice that after completion of the first remand to this Court, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. abandoned any challenge to the compensatory portions of the judgment in favor of Jones is GRANTED.
