CONCLUSIONS
Majority of the students (60%) know about the existence of a MUSO constitution however very few (16%) know about its content.
The constitutional review process being undertaken has not been involving many stakeholders especially students since only 36% of the student population know that it is actually happening
A commendable number of students (41%) are still politically active especially with regards to willingness to vote
Most of the students have not decided on whom to vote for however honourable mentions go to the dockets of Communication and Entertainment director and Security and Accommodation whereby a good number of students have already settled on their favourite candidate(s).
Students become aware of student governance issues at senior years level especially with regards to the existence and content of the MUSO constitution. However participation in political process notably voting declines with increase in seniority (year of study)
Majority of the students arent aware of the contents of the MUSO constitution (only 19% are aware)
