1. Please describe the recruitment and selection process of Tetrapack in detail along with following: a. Inside candidate vs. outside candidate (whom you prefer) b. Centralized vs. decentralized recruitment process

While interviewing, do you use a preplanned and structured set of questions or go for random on-the-spot questioning? a. What types of questions are asked in interviews? (Situational, Behavioral, Job related, Stress interview, Puzzle questions etc ) What are the important factors in an interview and how do they influence the judgment of recruiter? Do the employees have to take any sort of psychological, cognitive, medical or technical tests to get in Tetrapack? Why? How? Do you perform background investigations and reference checks before hiring? To what extent? Is there a separate method for hiring for Executive positions? What is your policy regarding recruiting minorities and disable people?

1. Do you offer training programs for your employees? a. How do you analyze training needs? b. What are the kinds of training programs that you offer? (Apprenticeship or On-the-job) c. How do these training programs affect your companys performance? d. When you promote a person do they have to take a training program before reporting on that position? 2.
