Schedule based on every other month and applies to the filing of New Applications ONLY. There shall be a maximum of 30 new cases per rezoning cycle. Individual applications count separately.

Total 30 cases shall include: Eight (8) complete residential applications, twelve (12) complete non-residential applications, or residential districts that include a non-residential component of at least twenty-five (25) percent of the total square footage of all structures to be constructed or existing within the property, two (2) additional non residential cases may be added per rezoning cycle. Four (4) Special Land Use Permits (SLUP), Two (2) Major Modifications, Two (2) Ordinance/Text Amendments cases per rezoning cycle SLUPs with and without companion rezoning items shall be heard in BOC PM public hearing., * New Land Use Plan Amendment Applications shall only be heard in March and September, in accordance with Section 4 (a) thru (e) and 6 (a) thru (e) of the Resolution. If slots open in March and September, Rezone, SLUPs, Text Amendments and Major Modifications to Rezoning Conditions may be added to March and September as prescribed above, not to exceed 30 maximum cases, in accordance with Section 4 (a) thru (g) and 6 (a) thru (g) of the Resolution. *JULY reserved for Non Residential SLUP & Rezone only (Commercial, Office, Industrial, OCR, & PCD)
