Corporate Manager

This individual is part of the Solution Loans. The primary responsibility of this individual is to innovate on existing products to increase incremental revenue growth. Provide overall leadership and guidance to the operational activities of the region and direct the functions of the individual stores throughout their assigned Region with the objective of maximizing growth and profitability as well as day-to-day operations. The Corporate Manager will need to demonstrate competency in several categories: strategic sales capabilities; strong relationship and organizational skills; time management; problem solving; leadership: negotiation; and management. This individual will manage assigned staff performance by providing clear expectations and goals, monitoring performance, providing feedback and coaching, and evaluating individual and store performance.

Role and Responsibilities of Corporate Manager: Management Accountabilities

Responsible for supporting the senior management team in all aspects of Regional growth specifically through strategic and operational planning, guidance ensuring that required infrastructure and support services are in place. Lead, supervise and develop key management positions throughout their assigned Region. Provides clear direction and structure for store management by translating business strategy into day to day execution of company standards. Conduct routine evaluations and analysis to identify opportunities and areas of improvement within the Region. Accountable for customer satisfaction/loyalty through improved operations. Accountable for recruiting, hiring, coaching, developing and assessing the operations team. Execute the calendarized performance review system providing constructive, actionable feedback. Assist and guide management in the development and implementation of the strategic goals of the organization. Apply appropriate business acumen within each store to meet regional goals. Manage operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with the established goals, objectives and policies. Implement programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit. Key driver in identifying growth opportunities in the region. Create vision, strategy and tactics including store development and sales building through direct interaction with staff. Share best practices and implement improved processes and management

methods to generate higher sales while driving workflow optimization. Sales Accountabilities

Create and implement a sound sales process that reflects the corporate mission statement and big picture so the staff can reflect, confirm and take hold of their attitude. Develop and implement activities and strategies to continually manage and train staff behaviors which will generate the daily actions required to achieve regional sales goals. Achieve sales objectives through effective leadership in recruiting, hiring, firing, coaching, counseling, communicating job expectations to team planning, monitoring and enforcing policies and procedures as needed to staff and management. Develop annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly plans detailing concepts and actions needed to achieve store goals and communicate them regularly with staff. Analyze region's sales results, develop sales plans and execute planned steps in order to enhance or improve individual results within the region. Reinforce and support corporate policies and guidelines in a consistent, professional manner. Focus' on creating a positive and cohesive environment that rewards positive behavior and highlights poor performance. Achieve performance targets for the region in sales volume, revenues, referrals, profitability, and other measures that may be added from time to time. Manage and upgrade personnel through recruiting, promotion, identification of potential leaders, and enforcing performance standards. Ensure front line employee's have the training necessary to properly offer Solution Loans products to our customers accurately and with confidence. Continually coach all staff on how to improve sales performance and effectiveness.

Training Accountabilities

Conduct or arrange for ongoing regional training and personal development classes for all employees. Plans, initiates, and manages the development, and implementation of a regional training program in support of company goals. Ensures all training is in compliance with corporate guidelines and policies. Conducting and evaluating classroom instruction, including general or specialized training sessions covering specified areas, such as those concerned with a new hire employee orientation, specific on-the-job training, apprenticeship programs, and other such adaptations to changes in policies, procedures, regulations and technologies. Establishing a training program schedule to ensure satisfactory completion of all training requirements in the region. Formulating teaching outlines in conformance with corporate training requirements, utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such training

methods as individual coaching, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, and meetings. Selecting or developing teaching aides such as training handbooks, demonstration models, visual aids, and reference works. Ensuring that each employee has completed all of the training requirements for their specific job. Monitoring and evaluating training results including individual and store performance, developing programs to resolve unsatisfactory results.

Education requirements and/or Experience Related BA or BS degree, specializing in finance/management preferred. 3-7 years of progressive operational and managerial experience. Strong financial and collections background with a clear understanding of consumer lending and possess the ability to demonstrate analytical skills in interpreting results and turning analysis into successful action plans. Motivator & self starter. Possess strong presentation skills. Experience with Human Resources, Marketing, Training and personal business.

The ability to drive profit. Ability to gain, demonstrate and coach in-depth operational knowledge of sales, lending, and collection principals. Effectively demonstrate the ability to inspire individuals and teams toward personal improvement and operational development.
