System Details
Electro fusion Saddle with threaded metal offtake (SS304) Fitting will be of PE100, complete with the lower part. Pin connectors shall be of 4mm.

Female adaptor with threaded metal offtake (SS304) Body, Nut and Thrust Ring will be from Polypropylene UV stabilized. Body & thrust ring is black in colour, Nut blue in colour. Lip gaskets is Food safe rubber (NBR) black colour shall have a conical shape on inside of gasket for easy insertion of pipe & with two lips on bottom to guarantee good sealing. Clamp ring material will be Acetalic resin (POM) white colored and shall not be connected to thrust ring. 90O Male elbow with threaded metal offtake (SS304) Body, Nut and Thrust Ring will be from Polypropylene UV stabilized. Body & thrust ring is black in colour, Nut blue in colour. Coupler Fitting will be of PE100 with integral pipe fixation upto DN63mm. Connector shall be of 4mm.

Strap Saddle DI / PPGF Strap Saddle shall be suitable for all pipes of nominal size 60mm to 300mm with different outlet connection size.DI Saddle shall be Resicoat epoxy coated. Fastners shall be SS304 (M12). Saddle seal shall be countoured gasket to provide a positive initial seal. It shall be NBR class 70. Strap shall be of SS304 grade with NBR UV protected Elastomeric (rubber). PE Rotatable Saddle Fitting will be of PE100 complete with 360 rotatable outlet and lower part Integrated cutter to tap live mains under pressure
