TTS Hose Handling Cranes

TTS Hose Handling Crane is a GP crane specially designed for handling of hoses at oil cargo manifolds and bunker connections onboard tankers. The cranes are designed and built in accordance with OCIMF requirements, and can be certified by any recognised Classification Society. TTS Hose Handling Cranes are designed for use in a marine environment with all materials and components carefully selected to ensure long and trouble free operation. TTS Hose Handling Cranes

Basic design features*

Welded box boom for low maintenance Self contained unit with integrated hydraulic power pack Fail-safe brakes on all movements Explosion proof components. Top operation in hazardous areas Direct operation of hydraulic manoeuvring valves from control platform mounted on the side of the crane. Left- and right hand version available. All motions of the crane including lowering and hoisting of winch have step-less speed control Ball bearing type slewing ring.

Standard equipment*
Complete crane with necessary equipment according to requirements from specified Classification Society and Flag State to ensure safe operation Pedestal of standard height ready for mounting and welding to vessels main steel structure Electric starter equipment Limit switches for automatic stop of hook travel in top and bottom position Entire steel structure is made of certified steel and is sandblasted to Sa 2,5 prior to painting Full two-component epoxy/acrylic paint system of highest marine standard. Colour according to Owners choice Full set of documentation and Operation Manual Hand operated pump for release of brake on winch and slewing gear Spare filters for one year normal operation.

TTS Hose Handling Cranes are as standard designed as self-contained units with built in hydraulic power pack ready for hook up to vessels electrical power supply. However, some applications require connection of the crane to vessels ring line hydraulic system. As an option, the crane can be fitted with a hydraulic swivel specially design for connection to a ring line system.
