EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
A business plan must be a winner. If the plan does not help management to gain market share increase sale, lower cost or otherwise win the plan is waste of time. Valley trackers is formed to provide both hard and soft adventure support travel packages with upscale luxurious accommodations, gourmet food and celebrity service to our clients. Valley trackers hard and soft adventures include kayaking, hunting, mountain climbing, off roading, cave hunting, jet skiing (water sports), fishing, paragliding, mountain biking and hiking. The founders of valley tracker are Haider ali tahir (BBA) and Awais tariq (BBA). In addition to their BBA status they are passionate about the activities valley trackers will offer.
Virtually all the companies provide such activities to appeal high class. Valley trackers would be one of the first companies that will give different packages to clients i.e cheaper packages for students, newly weeded couples etc and special packages for corporate clients such as hiring of helicopter for their trip to travel. According to our study the customers we will acquire would be health conscious individuals interested in popular adventure sports. These are lawyers, bankers, executives, doctors, students, newly weeded couples and corporate companies. The major purchasers are located in urban areas of Pakistan. It would not be difficult to compete our competitors because valley trackers would be one of the first of its kind Valley trackers will provide a luxury service with prestige value. Our prices will be in reach for the majority of adventure travellers. This is how valley trackers would be able to capture a higher gross profit margin.
OBJECTIVES:
Valley trackers objectives for the first three years of operation include: To create service base company Our fist mission is exceeding customers expectations. Capturing 25% market share of adventure travel and high class lodging space. To develop a sustainable, profitable business. To achieve high rate of return of customers within the first three years.
MISSION:
Valley trackers mission is to provide customers with the highest quality outdoor adventure. We exist to attract and maintain customers. When we adhere to this maximum everything else will fall into place.
COMPANY SUMMARY:
Valley trackers is located in Islamabad (head office), muree and almost all cities of AJK i.e. Muzzafrabad, rawalakot, nelum valley. The company would be concentrating on high class lodging and hard and soft adventure trips. This company would be restricted to a season (summers) as it is peak time for tourism and also because in winter season the roads are blocked due to heavy snow fall.
COMPANY OWNERSHIP:
Valley trackers would be owned by co-owner Haider ali tahir and Awais tariq. The major shareholders in the company would be Fawwad ahmad, Arsalan akbar and Ali zafar.
START UP SUMMARY:
Valley trackers start up cost include all the equipment needed for office as well as the equipment used for fishing, hunting, ATV bikes for off roading, jet skies, gear for kayaking and paragliding gear. Other cost would marketing fee that we tend to reduce by taking a sponsor ship from a corporate telecom company. Small investment would be needed for website development. A major cost that valley tracker would have to bear is renovation of all the rest houses at different stations.

MARKET SEGMENTATION:

Potential customer locations outside Pakistan are Saudi Arabia, England, and America. Hard adventure travellers are more likely to be men and soft adventure travellers are likely to be both men and woman. However the research shows that increasing number of hard adventure travellers are women, so we will target both men and women from ages of 18-45. Customers will be reached through traditional marketing communication methods; information has been located relating to specific profiles of both hard and soft adventure travellers. Research suggests that many of our target customers and travellers are internet savvy. As such the internet will serve as an appropriate and effective medium of
communication. Valley trackers will also target its customers from tv commercials , radio ads, newspaper advertisements etc. Valley trackers will target hard and soft sports lovers, young active people.

MILES STONES:
Setting up the office in Islamabad and Muzaffarabad both capital cities of Pakistan and AJK. Develop the start up training program. This program will be used to train the leaders of our trips. Completion of the first trip. Business plan competition, this will serve as the road map for the organization.
COMPETITIVE EDGE:
The competitive edge in our service would be the both hard and soft adventure sports. Valley trackers intend to provide more exclusive trips to its clients, accommodations will be in
luxury resorts owned by valley trackers. Meals will be exceptional more like, gourmet cuisine. The biggest edge that valley tracker has is that it is one of its kind, no other tourism company is providing such facilities in the vicinity of AJ&K .Due to terrorism the tourism sector has been affected heavily in Pakistan , the only place secure and safe is AJ&K.
MANAGEMENT SUMMARY:
The two founders of valley trackers are Haider ali tahir and Awais tariq.They will occupy management roles within the organization, and will be responsible for the management and operations of the key functional areas. Both the founders are doing BBA from Bahria University. Our share holders, Fawwad Ahmed Khan, Arslan Akber and Ali Zafar, they would also be an active participant of the organizational management and operations.
