Important News about next years co-op program Co-op is a PTO sponsored program that supports all Stevens Creek families with children in both upper (4-5) and lower (K-3) grades. For those families, the co-op program provides a safe, supervised environment for younger children to play while they wait for older siblings to be released. The program runs from 3:05-3:35 each day, and requires parents of those participating to volunteer a couple times each month to supervise the younger children.

We are looking for someone to organize and run the co-op program next year. If you are interested in participating in co-op next year, please be aware that the program can only operate if we have a parent who will run it. If you are willing to take on this important role, or would like more information about what is involved, please contact Cris Vaughan (cavaughan28@gmail.com) or Stephanie Fulmer-Smentek (sfulsmen@comcast.net). Available PTO positions PTO has several committee positions available for next year. If you are interested in taking a more active part in PTO activities or operations next year, please contact Cris Vaughan (cavaughan28@gmail.com) or Stephanie Fulmer-Smentek (sfulsmen@comcast.net) to learn more about the positions and get involved!

Auditor Needed!!! PTO is looking for an auditor for next year. The auditor is crucial to the operations of the PTO and maintaining our non-profit status. Individuals with an accounting or auditing background are an especially good fit for this position. The position requires the auditing of the PTO books on a quarterly basis and consulting with the co-presidents and PTO board on policy issues. The auditor is independent of the PTO board and this position does not require regular attendance at PTO meeting. If you are interested in learning more about this position, please contact Cris Vaughan (cavaughan28@gmail.com) or Stephanie Fulmer-Smentek (sfulsmen@comcast.net).
