IFA to submit one copy of the advice with the cheque and PAN copy to the BSA & second copy to the customer

IFA to manually input the customer data on FP module of WMS system

Transaction info captured will flow into RMS Central Ops to do the scrutiny scrut iny

BSA to upload document set on Omniscan & pass on cheque & advice copy to CSG for BMS process

BSA to courier acknowledgment slip to central ops CentralOps to do correction (If required)

The closure will trigger the availability of the FP for viewing and printing on WMS

The IFA can print the report and submit the same to the customer
