28th National Youth Games

Young athletes from all across Thailand will be in Phuket to compete in the
National Youth Games. 40 sports are to be contested in this event, which
has been dubbed 'Phuket Games 2012'. The games' mascot is a sea dragon,
the image of which people believe looks like Phuket rising out of the sea

Old Style BABA Wedding Ceremony
24 - 25 June @ Hongyok House, Thepkasattri Road, Phuket City
Organized by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), Phuket Peranakan
Association (PPA) and Phuket City Municipality, the event is a celebration
of Peranakan culture and is intended to promote the island as a wedding
and honeymoon destination. Couples dress in the style and manner of
19th century Chinese traders and well-to-do local Thai maidens. The two
venues the mansions the Thai Hua Museum on Thalang Road and the
Hongyok Mansion on Thepkrasattri Road were chosen as exemplifng
Sino-Portuguese style. Packages for couples to marry during the festival cost
50,000 baht. This includes a one-night stay at the Phuket Merlin Hotel on the
10th as well as the wedding ceremony, wedding attire and a honeymoon
stay on the 11th at a beach resort yet to be determined. 10 to 15 couples

Titanic The Artifact Exhibition

Phi Ta Khon Festival
22 - 24 June @ Dan Sai, Loei
Phi Ta Khon is an utterly unique celebration during the Bun Luang Festival, the biggest yearly
merit-making ceremony of entertainment. The locals believe that it is also rain-making ceremony.
Participants wear a ghost mask, made of a colourful bamboo sticky rice steamer, and dress in a
costume made of many pieces of fabric sewn together. The masked ghosts have a special bell that
they wear around their waists. There are colourful parades and both small and large Phi Ta Khons

30,000 Monks
Its 4:30am on March 24 in China Town in Bangkok. The Helicam crew was
positioned on a rooftop ready to take historical imagery of the alms ofering
to 30,000 monks to commemorate the 2,600th year anniversary of the Lord
Buddhas enlightenment having been placed there by a Fire Truck Cherry
Picker. At 6am the event started and Helicam few into action using the remote
piloted helicopter equipped with HDV video and 18mega pixel stills and we
were able to obtain spectacular aerial material that previously could not have
been taken, showing the complete event from a birds eye perspective.
Helicam would like to thank Anake Wongpaitoonpiya and the Buddhist
organization DMC for allowing us to be a part of this event.

Faced with the inevitability of a venue change after eight
successful years, Phuket Raceweek organisers, Image Asia
Events, recently announced the conclusion of multi-year
deals with new Title Sponsor, Cape Panwa Hotel and Host
Venue Sponsors, Cape Panwa Hotel and Kantary Bay Hotel.
Cape Panwa Hotel and its sister property, Kantary Bay Hotel, on the
tip of Cape Panwa in the southeast of the island, will give us the
opportunity to lift the standards of Phuket Raceweek even higher than
before, while introducing some welcome new elements such as Cape
Panwa Hotels stunning beach and beachside gardens, said Image Asias
MD, Grenville Fordham. This agreement means that we continue to race
in the same waters in and around Chalong Bay that are so popular with

PHUKET CHILDREN DASHING TO JOIN SPORT
Ms Ratclife said 22 children from Anuban Phuket were sponsored by AIS
(Advanced Info Service PLC), with three training sessions prior to the race
to help them become familiar with the course, and the skills required for
Triathlon racing.
The next race will be another trial race on October 28th, preparing
children for the of cial race on the 1st of December, the TSLC Ironkids
Phuket Championships race, with the school awards and sponsored
team awards along with the prestigious individual TSLC IronKids Phuket
trophies to the top three in each age group.
TSLCs partnership with IronKids will also include professionally led
training camps run throughout the year, and will be known as TSLC
IronKids Phuket.

PHUKET, THAILAND The Thanyapura Sports & Leisure
Club IronKids Phuket 2012 series saw 79 children from
kindergarten age to high school seniors give their all to make
it to the fnish line, as the sport continues to go from strength
to strength in Thailand.
Sakda (Ben) Kammungkan and Annalis Johnson were the Senior winners
(12-17 years old), from a relatively small feld. The intermediate age group
was the largest feld with 37 participants, seeing Chris Thomson, a regular
IronKids Phuket frst place fnisher taking a strong lead to win the age
group overall, and Maxime and Chloe Schrijnemaekers leading the girls,
fnishing just a minute apart, in frst and second place respectively.
Claire Ratclife, Race Director of TSLC IronKids Phuket said the sport was
catching on fast and had captured the imagination of children and
parents alike. We had several adults join the Seniors Division, she said.
This is a great way for beginner adult triathletes to join in the fun of
racing and get a taste for it. The kids love it and what fantastic facilities
we have for the races thanks to the help of TSLC.
Paradorn Mohr was the fastest of the juniors to complete the 50m
swim leg of the race, and combined with his 3km bike and 500m run,
he crossed the fnish line in 12 min 51 sec. Winning the Juniors female
category with a 14 min and 25 second fnish was Nanako McIntosh in her
strongest IronKids Phuket fnish since her frst race last December.
The Juniors course is a 50m swim, 3km bike, followed by a 500m run. The
intermediate race distances are a 150m swim, 6km bike, 1.5km run and
the seniors race distances are a 300m swim, 12km bike, and a 3km run.

While spending hours upon hours sweating it out at a gym
might not sound like an ideal holiday activity for many, ever
larger numbers of visitors are arriving to Phuket to do just that.
The ancient martial art of Muay Thai, the Kingdoms national
sport, has seen a surge of interest from around the world in
recent years, which has launched Phuket into something of
a hotbed for Muay Thai training. Along with the international
regattas, marathons and Ironman events, the rise of Muay Thai
tourism is widening Phukets appeal as a place to pursue sport,
health and ftness in addition to being a tropical escape.
Muay Thais global popularity is mainly as a result of the fast
growth of mixed martial arts (MMA) a caged fghting spectacle
that has emerged as a top draw for television and stadium
audiences for Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and other
high-profle professional events across North America, Europe
and Asia. Thousands of people are trying out the sport not only
to compete, but as an invigorating way to get ft.
MMA combines several martial arts forms, with Muay Thai being
a crucial element in developing a powerful striking technique.
Anyone whos serious about being an MMA contender must
learn Muay Thai.
There are now between 20 and 25 Muay Thai camps catering to
tourists around the island, but it's along a small road in Chalong
where the fast growth of the sport is most evident.
Not too long ago, Soi Tai-ead was a sparsely populated lane lined
with rubber and coconut plantations. Today, this 1.5-kilometre
stretch of road houses three training camps, some 20
guesthouses and resorts (including a place called, aptly enough,
Wallop House), and a proliferation of restaurants and shops all
aimed at capturing the martial arts visitor boom. Its a showcase
of the power of niche tourism, which has transformed an area
well of the beaches with no obvious appeal to tourists into a
hive of activity within just a few years.
The Tiger Muay Thai and MMA camp sits along this road. Arriving
to Tiger, theres a distinct high-energy ambiance with several
thwacks and grunts heard from the men and women doing their
combat training sessions. Overseeing the camp is director Will
Elliot, who frst came to the camp to train but ended up taking
on the operations for a fellow American, Tigers founder Will
McNamara, who resides in the US.
Though the camp trains a core group of serious world
competitors including UFC champions, a large percentage of
Tiger clientele are those aiming to simply fght their way to
ftness. Statistics on the number of visitors coming to Phuket
specifcally for martial arts training are hard to come by, but Tiger
alone attracts some 200-300 people to its camp each month.
Some savvy marketing and a diversifed range of oferings have
helped Tiger reign as the largest camp in Phuket, and perhaps
all of Thailand, with a second and larger camp newly opened in
Chiang Mai. Muay Thai training is just one of many things on ofer
theres also Brazilian jiu-jitsu training, another key part of MMA
fghting, as well as yoga, a workout gym, combat gear for sale
and nutrition advice. Its also in the process of adding CrossFit, a
branded strength and conditioning programme that Will says is
taking the world by storm, to its repertoire.

Tiger also handles all aspects of living in Phuket from
accommodation to car/motorbike rental to visa run and
tour services. Through its social events and hospitable staf,
theres a community-like feel to the place. Theres certainly a
predominance of tattooed, muscle-bound men here, but Will
says that about 30 per cent of Tigers customers are women.
Were not judgmental here. Its all about people bettering
themselves, regardless of their sex, age or ftness level, he said.
Theres been some criticism that such camps are attracting
the wrong kind of visitor to Phuket, and a few news stories
about violent encounters involving martial artists, including
the infamous Lee Aldhouse, a UK kickboxer whos accused of
murdering a US marine following a bar brawl, seem to lend
credence to this view.
But theres little evidence to show that martial arts tourists are
any more troublesome than other visitors. Indeed, the manager
of a nearby apartment block said that the rise of the Chalong
camps had been good for their business, sending them a steady
stream of guests year-round, none of which have given them any
problems. Theyd had more negative experiences with English
teachers than with any of their Muay Thai guests, she said.

For many, training at a Phuket Muay Thai camp may simply
be a chance to add some depth and excitement to a tropical
holiday, but for others it can be a life-changing, even life-saving
pursuit. Will Elliot tells of one Tiger customer, 27-year-old James
Mason, from Essex, whose obesity was leading to serious health
problems.
After an extensive search of ways to improve his health he ended
up at Tiger Muay Thai, where his daily training and diet have
helped him shed 60 kilograms in nine months, an inspirational
feat that prompted a UK television show and a ftness magazine
to visit the camp to chronicle his journey. He aims to lose a total
of 100 kilograms by the end of the year.
When he weighed in at more than 200 kilograms, James was
told by his doctor that hed be lucky to live another 10 years,
prompting him to wage a truly Ultimate Fight: the battle for his life.

Tiger prawn 1 x 100 gm Fresh Atlantic salmon 1 x 200 gm
Cut the salmon fllet into pieces and slice the King Tiger Prawn.
Place both on the grill and cook rare.
Marinate the the prawn and salmon, chop garlic into the bowl, add
white wine, olive oil and a little salt and pepper and a little lime.
Risotto mushroom cream cheese
200 gm Italian risotto
30 gm shitake mushrooms
30 gm butter (unsalted) 20 gm
chopped onion
15 gm Parmesan cheese
2 gm salt
2 gm pepper
100 ml white wine
50 ml whipping cream
100 ml chicken stock
1 bay leaf
Melt the butter in the pan, saut chopped onion and shitake mush-
rooms, add the Italian risotto and foam the white wine. Add the bay leaf
and the chicken stock until the rice cooks. Add the whipping cream and
the parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Grilled vegetables
50 gm baby potato
50 gm young carrot
1 gm salt
1 gm pepper
Garnish
30 gm boiled long bean string 15 gm fresh watercress salad

Italian Risotto mushroom and cheese
with grilled Tiger prawn and Atlantic salmon
Balsamic sauce
50 ml balsamic vinegar
1 pc cinnamon stick
20 gm sugar
1 bay leaf
Heat the balsamic vinegar in the pan, add sugar, cinnamon and the
bay leaf.
Lobster and bell pepper sauce
50 ml lobster stock
10 ml olive oil
20 ml whipping cream
30 gm red bell pepper
2 gm salt
2 gm pepper
Add the oil to the pan then add the dices of peeled red pepper and the
lobster stock. Stew the sauce until mousse. Reheat the sauce, add the
whipping cream and fnally add the salt and pepper.
Serve
Place the grilled vegetables on the plate, the risotto on top and top it
with the salmon and the Tiger Prawns. Brush the balsamic and lobster
chilli sauce on the plate in a circle around the main dish. Garnish with
string beans and watercress salad on top.

Take a journey into the home of real Thai food! Patong Seafood Restaurant
was the frst seafood restaurant to open in the then village-like Patong. It
has changed very little from those days except for a major refurbishment
after the 2004 tsunami in which major damage was sustained.
The restaurant was rebuilt as it was in original Thai style with open

I was pampered with the Be Balanced package; a 3 hour experience that
left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. This three-treatment combination
began with 30 minutes in the steam room and the Jacuzzi, followed by a
Thai Turmeric Body Scrub designed to soften your skin and awakening your
senses. The scrub was followed by Sukko Special Body Massage, performed
by hands, using fnger pressure on energy points and smooth strokes along

Bobby Duchowny studied aromatherapy a healing art that promotes
massage, when combined with specifc herb and spice oils, as a method
to reduce stress, boost energy and heal certain physical ailments at the
American Aromatherapy Association.
Some years ago while on holiday in Thailand, he visited an organic farm in
Petchaboon province and became interested in the natural healing properties
of Thai herbs and spices.
I was particularly attracted to lemon grass as it was used in many popular

Where are you from?
I was born in London, the product of an unlikely World War 2 romance. My
dad, from Germany, had been in the army for only two weeks when he was
taken as a prisoner of war. He went to work on my grandparents farm, where
he met my mum. After the war they fed to London together to marry, and
my dad tried to lose his German accent.
When did you move to Phuket?
I moved here with my partner Graham about 13 years ago.
What did you do before you came to Phuket?
I was working in IT consultancy, mainly in the fnancial sector. It was a high
pressure, but incredibly high-paying job, where you would work your nuts
of for a year or so to complete a project, then we were able to travel for two
or three months. Graham and I have been fortunate to have visited about 60
countries, including Thailand.
What made you decide to come and live here?
When we hit age 40 we started asking ourselves what on earth we were
doing in London. The quality of life there was crap. After spending three
months in India we decided to retire. We went travelling, going to Sydney,
San Diego and Thailand, then we returned to London where we got stuck for
hours in the rain in a cab from the airport that cost us about 120 bucks. We
looked at each other and said, What the [expletive] are we doing here? and
eventually made our way to Thailand. We spent a few months looking around
and considered living in Chiang Mai, but we chose Phuket because of its
better infrastructure.
Did you come here intending to set up a business?
No, but after about eight or nine months here we became bored so we
had to do something. It was a matter of fnding something that you could
do in Phuket and the internet was just taking of and interested us. At that
time there wasnt much online for hotel booking so, we adopted a "poke
and hope" strategy to set up DirectRooms.com. We brought in our third
partner, Chokechai Prasertcharoensuk, who has been key in developing and
managing our technical team. Phuket is a challenging place to do business,
but the lifestyle wins hands down. We feel very privileged to live here so all
our operations remain on Phuket.
Can you tell us more about your business?
DirectRooms is a hotel comparison site where you can easily compare hotel
rates across more than 250 booking websites. We started with hotels in
Thailand but weve expanded to list more than 132,000 hotels worldwide,
with 1 million visitors a month. We also operate Phuket.net, which we bought
about six years ago. We have recently partnered with three top developers
to redesign the site, which is being developed as a Phuket portal. It has
real estate, a business directory, classifed ads, hotels, what's on and tours.
Weve just launched 360-degree virtual tours of businesses, destinations and
beaches around the island. We have a fantastic team of 58 staf that is now
part of our extended family.
Whats your strategy for working with and managing people of a
diferent culture?
Its all about tolerance and understanding, and I know that I tend to be a bit
short with people so Graham looks after the operations. We have a social
committee and we have a cook who prepares free meals for all the staf.
Weve come to understand that working here is more about enjoying life; its
not all about money.
My thing is that I want to understand how things work, but after a while I came
to accept that I dont (and never will) understand how things work here. You
need to just go with the fow. I still need to work on my anger, however.
This is a true story: Khun Choke, our partner, once told me that I needed to
reel it in. I found a book on anger management at a bookstore, but when
I went to pay for it they got the price wrong; then the credit card machine
didnt work. In frustration I left without buying it. I cant even get a book
about anger without getting wound up!
Whereabouts do you live in Phuket?
We live in a house right across the road from the of ce in Phuket Town.
Do you own your house or do you rent? What infuenced your choice?
We bought the house and of ce, not as an investment but for practical
reasons. Control freak comes to mind I want to be able to have control of
my environment. Weve had the house for years but just moved in a week
ago. Before we moved in, one of our staf looked out the of ce window at
about 10:30pm and saw a dripping-wet girl standing there. So we had to
get the ghost team in and had a ceremony that included chicken blood and
making oferings. Were ghost-free now.
Where are your favorite places to go in Phuket?
Im not much for going out aside from local restaurants because I dont want to
listen to farang that want to reinvent themselves, go on about falling in love or
are depressed about their pension status. My favourites include The Gallery, Ka
Jok See, Salvatores, Tummour Isarn Restaurant and Mae Porn Seafood in Phuket
Town. We also like to go to Catch Beach Club and DaVinic's in Nai Harn.
What do you like most about living in Phuket?
Its easygoing; people are relaxed and smile here. The weather is great, the sky
blue and the rain is warm. And you dont have to worry about eating out. As
soon as youre back in the West, youre looking at the right side of the menu,
checking the prices.
What's the hardest thing about living here?
Very little, to be honest. Were cocooned by the staf that take care of a lot of stuf
that we are not good at doing. And as time goes on its getting easier to live here,
better business infrastructure, more direct fights, more shopping choices, etc.
But if I have to say one thing, its been my lack of initiative to learn Thai.
Do you face any dif culties living in Phuket as a gay couple?
No, its probably easier here than many other places. Its just part of our life to
be gay. Were not really into the gay scene, never go to gay clubs etc. Were
respectful of the local culture, so were not kissing or holding hands in public,
which wouldnt really be acceptable for straight couples either.
Are you involved in any local charities, clubs or associations?
We support the Life Home Project, which is a shelter for children and women
afected by HIV/Aids, and a local Masonic charity. Im also a member of the
local chapter of Chane des Rtisseurs, where we meet once a month and talk
total bollocks about food and wine.

Proper adherence to corporate governance standards is generally
accepted as a key element to the successful running of a company. At
its most basic level, corporate governance provides companies with
rules-based systems to facilitate ef ciency and transparency. As such, a
prudent investor should be aware of Thailands corporate governance
requirements, which are largely contained in the Civil and Commercial
Code (the CCC). This article will provide an overview of Thailands
corporate governance rules with respect to shareholders and directors
in the context of limited companies.
General
Limited companies are characterized by having capital owned
by shareholders. The CCC requires that limited companies have a
minimum of three shareholders. Shareholders exercise their power
via resolutions at shareholder meetings. Under the shareholders are
company directors, who implement shareholder decisions, among
other things. A company must have one or more directors. A limited
companys primary governing document, which sets forth the rules for
the shareholders and directors alike, is the Articles of Association (the
Articles). The Articles can be specifcally tailored to suit a companys
needs, as long as there is no confict with the law.
Shareholders Meetings
Shareholders meetings are divided into two categories general
meetings and extraordinary meetings. A general meeting is required
by law to be held within six months after company registration.
Subsequent general meetings are then required to be held annually.
Any other shareholders meeting is an extraordinary meeting. Directors
can summon extraordinary meetings at their discretion, but are required
to call such meetings if the company has lost half of its capital.
The CCC provides a number of rules for conducting the general
meetings. These rules apply unless stated otherwise in a companys
Articles. In order for the meeting to transact any business, shareholders
representing at least 25% of the companys capital must be present. The
meetings are presided over by the directors chairman. The chairman
may adjourn the meeting with the consent of shareholders, but only
unfnished business can be transacted at the adjourned meeting.
The main purpose of the meetings is to decide company policy via
shareholders resolutions, which are decided upon by vote. Every
shareholder votes in person or by proxy. Each share carries one vote.
In case of a tie, the chairman casts the deciding vote. Most matters
are decided by a simple majority, but certain issues may require a
supermajority, in which 75% of the vote is needed to pass a resolution
(called a special resolution). For example, after the companys initial
registration, the Articles can only be amended by special resolution.
Importantly, a court is entitled to cancel a resolution if, upon application
by a director or shareholder, it deems that the said resolution was
passed contrary to law.
Directors
While the shareholders may decide a companys overall direction and
policy, directors provide day-to-day management (though such powers
can be delegated to corporate of cers). Directors can only be appointed
or removed by a general meeting of shareholders. Shareholders also
decide the number of directors and their remuneration. One-third of a
companys directors are obligated under law to retire at certain times.
Such times include at the frst general shareholders meeting after
company registration, and, at the frst meeting in every subsequent
year. However, these directors are eligible for re-election.
The CCC sets forth rules governing the exercise of directors authority.
These rules apply unless stated otherwise in the Articles. Directors, like
shareholders, conduct business at meetings. Directors can summon
meetings at any time. Decisions are made at the meetings by a majority
of votes. In the case of an equal number of votes, the chairman casts
the deciding vote. The directors elect the chairman.
The CCC requires that directors conduct the companys business with
a duty of care of a careful business man. As such, directors are jointly
responsible for: the payment of shares by shareholders being actually
made; keeping corporate books and documents required by law;
distributing dividends to shareholders; and, the proper enforcement
of shareholder resolutions. Importantly, directors are prohibited from
undertaking commercial transactions that are of the same nature and
competes with the company, unless the shareholders, via a general
meeting, consents to the transaction.
Directors are also liable to the company for acts that caused damage
to the company. As such, the company is entitled to bring a civil action
against its directors. If the company refuses to act, the shareholders can
bring the action. However, in the event that the shareholders approved
the directors acts, cannot be held liable.
Conclusion
Corporate governance is a key element in the smooth running of
a company. Not only does it set out the rules by which a company
governs itself, it mitigates the risk of conficts of interest. Corporate
governance, when implemented correctly, helps ensure that a company
is governed in a transparent and professional manner. It is therefore
in every investors interest to closely comply with Thailands corporate
governance regime for both legal and commercial reasons.

Racha Island, Kai Island, Phi Phi Islands and the Similans, can each
be visited in a day. For some youll need an early start, and a fast
boat thatll set you back about 1,500 baht for the round trip.
For those who are inclined to do their research in a more leisurely
style, or who would like to know more about Phukets surrounding
waters and its marine life, the Phuket Aquarium is the answer.
The aquarium, which is also a marine life research centre, is located
right on the tip of Cape Panwa and is a 13-kilometre drive from
Phuket City. Theres a local bus service to the aquarium, which leaves
Ranong Road daily from 9am to 3pm, every hour.

Whether you confne yourself to a walk along the beach or engage
in swimming, snorkeling and scuba-diving, theres no doubt that
marine-related activities are one of the prime attractions for visitors

Aspirin, or acetylsalicylic acid to give it its scientifc name, has
been available for over 100 years, and is widely used to treat pain,
infammation and fever. However, new research indicates that this
drug may have many other valuable properties.
Its believed that aspirin reduces the bodys production of
prostaglandins. Too many prostaglandins can cause platelets in the
blood to stick together. This can result in the formation of blood
clots that block blood vessels, which may then trigger heart attacks
or strokes. Blood clots can also cause Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT),
commonly known as Economy-class Syndrome.
However, aspirin is not for everyone, and you should always consult
your doctor before taking it as a prophylactic. If you are using the
medication regularly, remember to advise your dentist or doctor

If youre going on a long fight in economy class and you believe
that you may be immobile for most of the trip, some experts
recommend taking a low dose of aspirin (approximately 100
milligrams) for two or three days before fying. This is provided that
you dont have any stomach problems or other conditions that
would contra-indicate its use. Researchers claim that that this can
reduce your chance of developing DVT, by one third.
The research also supports taking an aspirin as soon as possible after
experiencing chest pain, which may be an indication of an acute
heart attack. Of course, this shouldnt be a reason to delay calling
an ambulance, or otherwise getting to hospital as soon as possible.
Paramedics and ambulance staf will now routinely give patients
an aspirin if they believe a heart attack has occurred. Many attacks
are caused by a blood clot in the arteries that supply oxygen to
the heart muscle, so taking an aspirin can thin the blood and assist
in dissolving the clot thereby reducing the damage that would
otherwise result. The earlier this is done the better, and indeed it
may mean the diference between life and death.
Taking aspirin isn't advised during or after an acute or sudden stroke
prior to diagnosis, because not all strokes are caused by blood
clots. Whilst this is generally the case, some attacks may result from
ruptured blood vessels. Taking aspirin could potentially make this
type of stroke more severe. If you have had a stroke which your
doctor confrms was caused by a blood clot, he will almost certainly
recommend that you take a daily dose of aspirin to reduce the
likelihood of a recurrence.
For some people, the medication may have unwanted side-afects.
The potential benefcial efects of reducing clots by thinning the
blood may cause excessive bleeding, as it reduces the bloods
natural ability to coagulate. Aspirin may also irritate the stomach
and cause stomach bleeding. Some may sufer from heartburn,
nausea and vomiting, and even stomach and intestinal ulcers.
Chronic alcohol abusers who take the drug may be at increased
risk of developing stomach bleeding, and sufering liver damage.
Some complain that aspirin causes a ringing in the ears, whilst
others have experienced allergic reactions or developed asthma.
To reduce the likelihood of stomach complaints and bleeding, a
special enteric-coated aspirin is available which reduces stomach
infammation. If youre taking an aspirin regularly, then you should
use this type.
In summary, aspirin can be a lifesaver. If youre in a risk group,
or youve already had a heart attack or stroke, Id recommend
consulting with your doctor about taking one enteric-coated
aspirin a day.
