1st day: 17. May

The aims of the 1st day Finalization of R6 Needs-analysis, planning of R7-SME 2.0 Competency Framework, decisions on deadlines for R7 - SME 2.0 Competency Framework.
a) Presentations on the survey's results. (IT: Pierfranco, HU: Maria, IE: Darragh), drawing conclusions for SME 2.0 Competency Framework. Decision on the deadline for R6 - Needs-Analysis. b) Suggestions to the SME 2.0 CF based on the practice of a Hungarian SME-s c) Integrating EU standards into SME 2.0 CF
R4: Questionnaire for employees, managers of SMEs in three languages to measure their ICT competences in the partner countries R5: SME 2.0 Survey portal (EN, HU, IT). Web application to carry out the online survey in three countries, and serve the basic statistics for the needs analysis R6: Needs-analysis comparative study for processing the figures of the survey and formulate the conclusions. The need analysis will give the basis of the further developments. It will be based on survey and studies in the partners' countries. R7: SME 2.0 Competency Framework a base document for the transfer of innovation, input for design and implementation of SME 2.0 modules and networking platform

The aim of the 2 day Starting WP3 Course Design, general overview of the next WPs (WP4, WP5), discussion on IPR issues and business plan again. Dissemination, valorization issues.
a) Agree on SME 2.0 curriculum template for the course design b) Adaptation of SMELearning results c) Integrating Tenegens curriculum design experiences d) Implementation of R9-SME 2.0 PNP platform (see the prototype here: courses.smepro.eu) e) Planning the tasks content development (S01,2,3,4)

R8: SME 2.0 Curriculum It contains the syllabuses of SME 2.0 modules and the methodology of the course (EN, HU). This document will cover the detailed description of the modules (learning objectives, learning outcomes, responsibilities of the participants, units, etc. This will be the input for the implementation. The product will use SMELearning. R9: SME 2.0 Proactive Networking Platform It serves as e-learning and collaboration platform at the same time, and will be based on Tenegen implementation extended with elements suggested in SMELearning studies. R10: Digital learning objects (modules, units) of SME 2.0 course divided into 4 modules: S01 . Information and Knowledge Management S02 . Project Management S03 . Online Marketing S04 . Human Resource Management R11: SME 2.0 Proactive Networking Platform completed with learning objects, web 2.0 tools, course components. Languages: platform EN, HU, IT, modules: four modules in EN, HU, and one module in IT.
