Read the news story. Mini Monet takes art world by storm Kieron Williamson, a seven-year-old schoolboy from Norfolk, England, sold a collection of his paintings for 150,000. Most of the paintings in the collection were landscapes and coastal scenes. Kieron said, "I like to paint landscapes with the big Norfolk skies in them, and not too many hills or mountains." The most expensive painting in the collection was an oil painting called "Sunrise at Morston". It was sold for 7,995. Kieron the "mini Monet" paints about six paintings a week, and there are about 700 people on a waiting list who want to buy an original. Kieron's parents plan to buy him a house with the money he has earned and invest the rest for him until he is 25.
