A social card game for 2-4 players age 5 and up

The game contains: 96 cards. 80 Animal Cards (10 of each animal), 8 Tourist cards and 8 Switch Animal cards. The object of the game: To collect the most cards. How to play: Shuffle the cards thoroughly and deal 6 cards to each player. Leave the remainder as a draw pile in the center. The youngest player goes first and the turn progresses clockwise. The first player selects one Animal Card from his hand and places it face up in the center. The next player does the same and places his animal card next to the card of the first player. After discarding his card, a player must draw a new card from the draw pile. The first 2 cards on the table start the 2 discard piles on which the game is held following these rules: 1. In his turn, a player must discard one card onto any one of the two discard piles. This card may be: a.The same animal as the one on top of the discard pile he chooses to plays on. b. A Tourist which can be played on any animal (or a Tourist) and does not change the animal in the pile. When a Tourist is on top, the animal underneath still needs to be followed. c. Switch Animal which allows the user to switch the animal in the pile it was played on. The user of this card may not play another card.

2. After laying his card, a player must immediately draw a new card so throughout the whole game a player has 6 cards in his hand. 3. A player who cannot play drops out of the game but keeps his six-cards with which he will rejoin the game later on. The player who dropped out lays his cards face down on the table and says: "I am out". The rest of the players keep playing until there is only one player left who wins all the cards in the discard piles. He does not take them to his hand but collects them beside him. These cards will be counted in his favor at the end of the game. 4. After the discard piles have been evacuated, a new round begins. All the players who dropped out in the previous round take their six-cards back into their hands and a new round starts. The winner of the previous round starts the first discard pile and the next player in the order of play starts the second. 5. End of the game: The players keep playing until the draw pile runs out. After the last card of the draw pile was taken, the players keep playing without replenishing until there is a winner. The winner of the last 2 discard piles also wins what was left of the six-cards in the hands of the rest of the players. The winner of the game is the player who has collected the most cards. Enjoy the game!
