The company provides Total Customer Solution in the business of Wind Energy. Enercon has global presence and is the only manufacturer of Gearless Type wind energy converter using Synchronous Generator and AC/DC converter having turnover of 4500 Cr with manpower having 4500 nos. Compliances under Various Labour Act like Provident Fund Act, ESIC Act, Bonus Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, Workmen Compensation Act, Minimum wages Act & Factory Act etc.

WELFARE & EMPLOYEE RELATION (ER) ACTIVITIES Regularly organize industrial visit for families of employees. Children fun programmes. Conducting various sports tournaments among the employees.

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL Handling employee grievances related to canteen, Transportation, time office, probation & confirmation, welfare measures etc.

DISCIPLINE AT PLANT LEVEL Maintaining discipline in plant and ensuring peaceful relations in plant Prevention and redressal of Industrial Disputes Taking Disciplinary actions if indiscipline occurs.

SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES. Responsible for maintenance of Fire hydrant system and its maintenance related work. Responsible for maintenance of Fire extinguisher in overall plants and timely updating its records. Taking care of safety related work of workers and Fitters by providing Personal protective equipments. (Like Safety helmet, Mask, Hand gloves, Safety shoes, Safety belt, Ear plug, Apron, Goggles, Head cap). Responsible for issuing HOT work permit and Excavation / Work at height permit.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT Actively involved in preparing of Training Arranging Training for all Unskilled & Semi-Skilled workers & Supervisors as per training calendar. Coordinating with departmental heads for planning of training. Arranging training for staff & engineers as per skill matrix and updating Training calendar.
