1. Eat/Feed: It is not enough seeing the food, to be satisfied we need to eat. (i) Soft / Sincere Food: 1Pet 5:2 As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby (ii) Solid Food: We need to eat solid food; 1Cor 3:1,2 And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ. V2 I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able.

(iii) Sweet Food: We need to Taste Ps 119:103 How sweet are thy words unto my taste! yea, sweeter than honey to my mouth! (iv) Sufficient Food: We need to eat sufficient food Ex 12:4 every man according to his eating shall make your count for the lamb.

Music is refreshing 1Sam 16:23 And it came to pass, when the evil spirit from God was upon Saul, that David took an harp, and played with his hand: so Saul was refreshed Worldly music, entertainment, etc do refresh. Christian music today is become so worldly but so many believers are not only hearing it but also making it.

Worldly music is for hearing. Believers music is to sing making melody in our hearts. Eph 5:19 Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord; Col 3:16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
