"Bami hired me to turn around a dysfunctional Networking Chip Design team at Fujitsu FMI. His goal was to produce chip designs in the layer 1-3 space of the OSI model for Ethernet Networking Switches and Routers. His knowledgeable leadership and his competent mentorship allowed me to grow into a better person and leader. Bami never stopped in giving incentives and providing the extra effort to the team and the company. His leadership allows others to grow and excel. Working with Bami was an excellent experience that makes him an asset to anyone working with Bami. SMW" Stefan W., Director of Engineering, Fujitsu Microelectronics, Inc., reported to Bami at Fujitsu Microelectronics "Bami had a remarkable facility for getting his head around things new to him. He came to the GM job (operations) from a strictly R&D world of science. He made the transition so fast that even the CFO remarked about it over and over. Bami became the best leader and manager the Memory division could ever and would ever have. He reorganized the team, breasted his superiors on contensious issues and turned a sick business into a thriving enterprise in about 18 months. He gained the respect of the team, the company executives, the customer executives and the competition. We, his team, all walked a little taller in the halls of National Semiconductor in those days of his leadership. Many of his team went on to greater achievement and I for one claim that Bami was a piece of the chemistry of those achievements." Stephen H., Director of Marketing, National Semiconductor, reported to Bami at National Semiconductor
