Market Summary:
In India, vehicles are increasing every year by 15%. In Hyderabad, vehicle density is 2,500,000 (2, 3, 4 wheelers) approximately by 2012. From the survey, we found that 150,000 are getting serviced per month in Hyderabad. Customers are busy with their work. They lack time to get servicing of their vehicle. They are facing many problems with the traditional servicing centers. We found a few areas where vehicle owners are extremely disappointed with the traditional vehicle servicing centers in Hyderabad. In these areas servicing centers are far away from the customers. So, we are launching our services through which we want to provide services to the customer at their convenient place and time. Fastro Mobile vehicle Services Pvt Ltd is the first company in Hyderabad to provide vehicle services by reaching customer's place. We came up with a unique selling proposition Mobility and Saves time of servicing for a customer. Both authorized and unauthorized servicing centers are the competitors for us. As we reach the customers, it will save the valuable time of a customer. We reach their place and offer servicing within a very less span if they call us through a given toll-free number. As innovators and early adopters constitute nearly 16% of the actual market, we considered demand for our services as 16% of 150,000 that are getting serviced per month i.e. 24,000 vehicles per month. As we are concentrating on market gaps in Hyderabad first, we will offer servicing through five mobile vehicles initially. We provide quality service and quick service to customers.

By analyzing the traditional vehicle service centers, we came to know that customers face some problems like they have to wait for long time & they don't get slots for servicing of their vehicle. Here, now by overcoming disadvantages we offer mobile vehicle services, through a toll free number. We will go there & service in time with assured quality.

First year:
We are starting initially with 5 vehicles in Hyderabad with project cost `7.16 millions. Profit After Tax at the end of first year is `10.1 millions. We are offering services through our well trained mechanics.

Second year:
We will continue with the same number of vehicles but number of vehicles got serviced grows which fetches us more margins. Profit After Tax at the end of second year is `18.2 millions.
Third year:
As demand is there in the market and margins are there, we want to increase our vehicles to 10. Profit After Tax at the end of third year is `39 millions.
Fourth year:
We want to extend our services to other areas of Andhra Pradesh through our reserves that we have by the end of the third year. We will go for tie-ups with automobile companies to reach areas where there is less number of authorized servicing centers.
Fifth year:
We want to extend our services to other states also. We want to become the leader in this industry by the end of fifth year.
Strategies:
Communicate our USP well to the customers initially through ads in news papers& FM, pamphlets, hoardings etc. Offers will be given if the customer gets their vehicle serviced regularly i.e. 3 times from us If more than 3 vehicles for service from same place, discounts will be offered Tie-ups with corporate companies and other companies to service their employees vehicles at their company Quick and quality service is assured Trained mechanics will be employed so that customer will be satisfied with the service Customer will be given importance and their feedback will be always considered
