TECHNOLOGICAL: We are bringing technology that will help us in making paint as per requirement of our business ENVIORNMENTAL: Environmental factor is very good regarding to our product because it will clean different bacterias existing in our homes. PRODUCT DETAILS.
We are offering a paint that is based on nano-particle technology. Which can kill almost 90% of the harmful microbes that are present in our atmosphere.
PRICE Amount of money needed to purchase something. As far as the pricing is concern, a normal bucket of 3 kg
cost us Rs 200 and we are charging Rs. 350 per bucket which is less as compared to other brands like ICI. Even we have first move advantage but still we want to penetrate in the market by offering low prices for such a valuable product.

Placement strategy refers to how the product or service
reaches the customer. Our business does not involve the manufacturing of the product locally and would be imported therefore the company would be using Distribution as a source of placement strategy

In the initial stage we will be distributing our product
through selective distribution channel because as we are the new entrants in the market therefore we need to analyze the success of the product during the initial stages. Initially we will be distributing our products to major outlets such as Makro and Metro because people tend to visit these stores regularly and here new products are given importance by the people and the buying rate is high.
EXTENSIVE DISTRIBUTION
Based on the response from this selective distribution,
if it is positive and the demand rises the company would use extensive distribution of the product so that its availability increases and is convenient to buy.

PROMOTION We will be focusing more on the presentations and briefings in the start, may also go for a seminar or two, in which we will invite doctors, hospitals management and other important dignitaries of the civil society and through that forum we will create awareness of our product and its importance and the need of having this Nano-particles paint. We will also be making our own website, and putting the details and everything on it.

Packaging is a very important marketing strategy to glamorize your product in order to attract the consumers attention. Most consumers judge a product by its packaging before buying. So it is logical to say attractive packaging is crucial in order to get the first time buyers to buy your products. Thats why we have also designed and labeled an attractive packaging for our paint. Our paint boxes are rust free and moisture less.

As we are starting our business venture now so we are
currently targeting the public sector of Lahore that includes specifically universities and hospitals that are highly contaminated with these disease causing microorganisms.
