What is this course all about?


Objectives: To make the students understand how to work with and through others to accomplish individual and group goals. Learning Outcomes: After completing this course the students will have an understanding of individual, interpersonal and group processes that influence behaviour within teams and organizations. They will also be able to effectively use the various tools in their day to day activities.

JOHARI WINDOW

The Johari Window, named after the first names of its inventors, Joseph Luft and Harry Ingham, is one of the most useful models describing the process of human interaction. A four paned "window," as illustrated above, divides personal awareness into four different types, as represented by its four quadrants: open, hidden, blind, and unknown. The lines dividing the four panes are like window shades, which can move as an interaction progresses
