We must manage and know when we need to use technologies to communicate and when we need to use direct communication. We need to use the technology wisely so not harm other people.

Recommendations

In our opinion, the best method for communication is still without any intermediaries which is direct communication. Using ergonomic equipment. Regularly maintain the technology. Eliminate non-value-added technology. Companies must also create internal controls to safeguard information from inappropriate actions by company employees. Use technology wisely
