TIMING- The HR department of peerless hospital work from 8 am to 6 pm.

FUNCTIONS:
1.RECRUITMENT The process by which a job vacancy is identified and potential employees are notified. The nature of the recruitment process is regulated and subject to employment law. 4.EMPOYEE APPRAISAL
Performance appraisal is the key ingredient of performance management. In a work group, members, consciously or unconsciously, make opinion. In the same way, supervision form some opinions about their subordinates. Here it is like, determining many things like salary increase, promotion, transfer etc. In large organizations, this process is formalized and takes the form of performance appraisal. Here it is happen after one year of employment.

5.RETIREMENT
In peerless hospital, Give information prior to the month of retirement through an official letter. Clearance form is given on the day of retirement. He/she take clearance form of each of every department. Final settlement is done which includes following: 1. 12% employee contribution 2. DLI (deposit link insurance) 3. Salary dues 4. Notice period etc.
