The Major Findings: - The Academy has to research the job market; - The Academy has a poor PR policy for job market; - The Academys employers list has to be revised.
create mechanisms for attracting pupils of higher schools to come and study in Academy. review the list of the potential employers and to present Academys activity to them. invite them to the shows of the students creative works /exams/, to sign contracts with the employers, to provide with information about Academys graduates skills and qualifications; sign cooperation contracts with the employers; work out feedback mechanisms for graduates; create career center.
