INTERPRETATION:
In spite of the huge returns that the share market promises, we see that there is still a dearth of active traders and investors. This is because of the non transparent structure of the Indian share market and the scepticism of the target audience that is generated by the volatility of the stock market. It requires efficient bureaucratic intervention on the part of the Government.

FINDINGS
Various findings of this research report are as follows: 73% of the people are having Trading account People preferred to invest their money mainly in mutual funds. People are not much aware of facilities provided in reliance money. People prefer to invest in stock market because of high risk and high return whereas some other tries to capture the short term gain from investment. Respondents are highly agreed that they are satisfied with trading account.

Suggestions
Rs950 account opening charges are too high when targeting

a corporate so the company should be flexible on this amount. Company should have a scheme of rewards and recognition to employees and the field persons to boost their motivation. There must be proper advertisement of the company by various media like Exhibition, Press releases, Newspaper, and Television etc.

LIMITATIONS
The project has been subject to the following limitations: The study was restricted to Reliance Money Limited to only in Jalandhar city. The study is conducted with the data available and the analysis was made accordingly. It was tough to get all relevant facts from the personnel and employees. Time factor was a limitation as only a stipulated period had been ascertained to me while the personnel had little time to my queries due to their daily busy schedule. It is not feasible to compare all the products of various brokerage firms.

CONCLUSION
Reliance trading account is better than other Trading account. People are satisfied with reliance trading account. Mostly people invest their money in high risk. Reliance Money has good return on investment. At last all cons are concluded by that Reliance Money is still growing industry in India.
