Funno is a fun, challenging and entertaining board

game
It is made of 64 playing cards, 64 puzzle pieces

and a color coded game board. Each card corresponds to a puzzle piece
To win, a player must connect all the puzzle pieces

that correspond to his or her cards over a space matching its color on the game board

Communication Management Plan


For any project to be successful, communication is the key. Managers and team members would devote at least 80%

of the time to communicate and work together Funno Project requires weekly team meetings of the project team members Weekly status reports will be submitted by the various department members to the Project manager Face to Face meetings would be held on a regular basis to keep the information flowing amongst different key managers Minutes of the meetings would be sent out via email to all the concerned people
