CSR

The concept of social responsibility is a fairly recent one in the business world. Awareness about the social responsibility of business organizations is rapidly on the rise and firms are also accepting this concept. The textile industry is no exception. Textile producing and trading firms are also realizing their responsibility towards the society and the environment. The concept of social responsibility is applicable to individuals and governments as well as organizations. The social responsibility of an organization is referred to as corporate social responsibility.

ORGANIZATION MEETING
REGARDIN G CSR ACTIVITIES

Meeting will be organize including all staff, share holders, stake holders and employees. interested people will be asked to fill a form or regarding activity. A committee will be form of the interested people. 3% of the profit will be allocated for CSR activities. Task and duties will be assigned to everyone according to their comfort/area of interest.

Economic
Employment and human resource development.
Training to the poor staff, families & vocational training to youngster. Classroom will separately allocated for the training. Two months training will be provided after the shift of 8hr. Basic Knowledge of English, Mathematics & Hindi will be provided. Regular test will be conducted. First staff will take the class, then those who will top in the test will teach next batches. Benefit: it will make the staff motivated and loyal towards company.

Environment

Environmentally safe production, products and service Eco friendly dyes, organic fabric will be used.

Tree plantation In the vicinity of company. Benefit: fresh air, positive environment, pollution control. Control global warming.

Social
Health and safety of employees Free medical insurance of employee & staff. Treatment in rehabilitation camps. Labour standards and working conditions Follow all working and industry compliance in industry. Corruption and bribery Not promote or deal clients who have been previously indulged in such activities.

Social
Human rights No harassment will be promoted. Payment will be made for extra work. rewards will be given to encourage the employees and staff. Violence and conflict Regular meeting will be done regarding the same and personal experience will be shared so that everyone would be aware that there is no use of violence and conflict in our industry. Each and Charitable giving Rejected or not in use clothes or any accessory will be collected in every 6 months and distributed in the orphanage.

Social

Blood donation camp Blood donation camp will be arranged in every 6 months and everyone will be make aware to donate for needy people and themselves too.

Potable water taps in the vicinity of company Water shed will be made in every 1km of area in the vicinity of company. People around would able to drink fresh water.
