Presentation Definition
Presentations and reports are ways of communicating ideas and information to a group

Usually, you speak to a group of people in one of three situation

when you are doing most of speaking yourself, either to inform or persuade When you have more give and take with your audience to answer questions When your audience is doing most of the taking to solve problem in group

Various ways in which you might do speaking

A manuscript is completely prepared in advance and written out
An impromptu speech is completely unprepared and spur of the moment In between these two extremes, we find prepared presentation. I mean you prepared what you say but you do not read it word for word.
