EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Art Caf is a company started by five group members. Art Caf produces hand-made crafts, manufacturing indigenously for local market. Art caf aims to enhance the colors in human lifestyle, as it is an art product manufacturing company . Starting with production, we buy raw materials like used slippers, pots, mirrors, unstitched women cloths, home decoration items and artistic unique accessories etc., and with our partner, make it a beautiful, unique, valuable and value-added product. After manufacturing, we beautifully showcase our product for sale at ***** Bachat Bazar on weekly basis. We will start our company publicity and marketing through facebook, twitter as well as our own free website for online orders. We intend to introduce our product internationally for interested buyers. We can also enhance our product based on customer demand. We will distribute printed brochures / flyers in exhibitions, high-end events, universities and caf. Although our competitors have been working in the industry for an extended time and have established a successful brand, however, we are going to achieve a competitive edge through our new ,unique and value added products with affordable price. We will use various marketing and sales strategies to build our brand.

Pakistan has a huge amount of creative people who have taken creativity as a profession and they are creating unique things. On the other hand, others are buying these things mostly from China, England and Japan etc. which costs more. Some other successful entrepreneurs are working in Truck Art selling old crockery such as Mrs. Anjum Rana (Tribal Truck Art). She sells her products in high-end events and exhibitions. Few people have opened outlets for it. Most people are working through social media such as Facebook, website and online ad etc. Our universities are also developing an interest about Arts and Craft in students. There are also a few people who are creative but dont have marketing abilities.

Following are the steps in order to achieve operational modalities:

Raw Material is bought from different selected resources / places at cheap prices.

Product is processed by designated person with their helpers. After the sale, we have approx. a week for new production.
Product will be sold at Sunday Defense market, high-end social events, universities and colleges functions or events and malls.
