Working in the catering industry, we must emphasize on hygiene.
First of all, if an employee doesnt wear properly, I will advise him.
Secondly, employees have to change our companys uniform. We have standard uniform. If the employee makes the uniform very dirty, we would scold him.

After several times and he/she still doesnt listen to us, he/she will be fired.
