GENDER TRAINING
Selected comments from trainees:
Training helped establish that gender is not about women. Until now thought women only seating and job allocation was

discriminatory now understand the issues more clearly Now understand why information needs to be sourced from female as well as male household members males are not aware of the aspirations and roles of women.

BRAC GBDC COLLABORATION

The area (quantitative) coverage by GBDC activities with BRAC is modest, but considering the aspects of qualitative growth & sustainability of agro based technology adoption, the initiatives proved as highly positive development actors in rural Bangladesh. BRAC has developed a complete Aquaculture technical team of 20 development workers which was a prime objective of the collaboration between BRAC and World Fish (GBDC & CSISA-BD).
