in normal conditions, boards on the interface are in grey, green (active) and blue (standby).
if the board is faulty, color shown on the panel will change to red.
Caution: if you find a board is in red, first you should confirm it has been configured or not, then for GALM in AM you should check whether connected alarmbox has been powered on.

establish state
If TEI has not allocate state, the link has not been configured; If
TEI has allocated state, the link has been configured, but board is not inserted; if off-link state, the established link is disconnected and system cannot operate at that time. Or the link is configured and board is inserted, but they are not connected to the BTS

Switchover
Access: [control\immediate switchover] Functions: when the active board is faulty or the data of
active/standby boards are inconsistent, if the boards have not switched over automatically, it is required to switch over the active and standby boards immediately, making the normal board use the correct data and ensure the correctness of the BSC operational data. After the active and standby boards are switched over immediately, the original standby board will become the active board while the original active board become the standby board

Board Resetting
Access: [control\equipment] Functions: resetting operations are be performed when some
boards are faulty. Resetting results include successful reset, equipment fault, uninstalled, the device cant be reset or unexecuted
Caution: This operation requires the system setup authority. Do not reset a board unless it is necessary.

Module Resetting
Access: [control\hierarchical reset] Functions: mainly used to load some modified data that can
not be set online, or as a way of recovery when any problem occurs during BSC running
Caution: Hierarchical reset operation requires system setting authority. This operation may affect system services. Do not perform this operation unless it is necessary.
