Concept Of Training
Training is a short term process utilising a systematic and organised procedure by which personnel learn technical knowledge and skills for a definite purpose. The training is beneficial to employees in 3 ways1.Learners own interest 2.Forced demand from seniors for career progression 3.Better performance at work

This step consists of following stepsa) Putting the learner at ease b) Stating the importance and ingredients of the job c) The purpose of teaching d) Explaining the importance of his job to the whole job. e) Placing the worker to normal working conditions f) Familiarizing with the tools, equipment etc.
