Provision of Welfare Grants / Welfare Measures:


IMPORTANT FUNCTIONS
Enforcement of Weights and Measures Laws:
Verification, Re-verification and Calibration of weighing & measuring instruments. Collection of Government Fees. Inspection and Prosecution of factories, Shops, Establishments, Petrol Pumps & CNG stations.

Adjudication of Cases:
Compensation arising out of accidental death and injuries. Non-payment and delay in payment to the workers.
