Main Tasks: Representing Sughats management in purchase negotiations with Soghats suppliers Direct and coordinate Sughats financial and budget activities to fund operations
Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing performance improvement
Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees Plan and direct activities such as marketing and promotions

Main Tasks: Report to management regarding the finances of Sughats Develop and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs Analyze Sughats operations, costs, revenues, financial obligations, to project future revenues and expense Advise Sughats in areas such as employee compensation plan, cost cutting and auditing Knowledge & Skills: Auditing, Accounting, Mathematics, law and Government Taxes Tools & Technology: Computer, Calculator, Accounting software, Tax preparation software, Financial analysis software, Microsoft Office office excel
Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers of Soghats Responsible to run daily operations
Responding to customer queries and complaints Ensure and maintain quality of sweets Ensuring on time arrival of sweets from different cities and keeping record when arrived Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking and reconciling cash receipts Examine sweets to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed Maintaining ambience of sweet shop
Knowledge and skills Customer and Personal Service, Coordination, Monitoring, Service Orientation Tolls & Tecnology: Security cameras
Main Tasks: Assisting customers to find the desserts they are looking for Answering queries from customers Providing free sample of desserts to new customer for sake of developing taste

Main Tasks: Gather and empty trash Clean store floor by sweeping Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floor and fixtures Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications Clean windows and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners
Tools & Tecnology: Air compressors, Floor buffers, and Vacuum cleaners
MainTasks Guarding against theft and maintain security of premises Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency Answer alarms and investigate disturbances
