For secondary data this project has used: articles Journals Management /theoretical books, For primary data collection, In order to test the Hypothesis, a Quantitative survey from employees of Pakistans government organizations has been conducted.

H0: HR practices are Positively related with the Turnover Intentions, in Government sector of Pakistan
